I went in for my first time and was kinda confused / lost on what to order and Jason took me step by step over all the options and described the flavors . He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it . Cava should consider itself lucky to have a great worker like him.

I come here when I’m in the area, and every time I visit, the staff is always so very friendly!! I cannot say the same about the location in SoHo (south Howard), whom are very stuck up and rude.

Anyway- at Dale Mabry, they are amazing and friendly, always smiling!! I love CAVA because I am a doctor of nutrition and the ability to have Mediterranean and vegan options is important. This restaurant has a wide selection of plant foods to choose from helping people...

Service is quick, atmosphere is welcoming. Staff is reasonably friendly and responsive. Food is delicious. I got a chicken bowl which didn't quite fill me up, but maybe I should not be stuffing myself anyhow. They have many topping selections to choose from which could make for an interesting choose your own bowl adventure. I think a lot of people would like the variety of drink options available.
