First time trying CAVA and I ordered the Chicken and Rice Bowl—absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was very satisfying. Honestly felt out of this world. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Loved both the taste and the quantity.

We usually eat here and it's been pretty good, I've still had similar experiences. This time we placed an order for delivery and went to pick it up, l've DoorDashed cava before and have had the same experience. The protein and topping was barely anything I've had similar experiences with the rice as well. Its not the same when you order there. I am writing to share one observation: you truly hit the lottery with Caro. Today, as the line extended nearly out the door, I watched her calmly lead the team while actively stepping in to help where needed. It was clear that the team works efficiently and confidently under her supervision, and that she has everything well under control. As a business owner myself, I strongly encourage you to do everything possible to retain her—she is a rare gem.
