Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!

I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Ordered from Cava on DoorDash and my bowl came with no meatballs and no dressing. Salad Bowl with no dressing. When I called, the person claiming to be the manager had a rude attitude, no apology, no resolution and hung up when I asked his name. Told me to take it up with DoorDash. He had an accent. I called back and they let it ring until I gave up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff working Thursday night, October 23rd, showed zero accountability, zero customer service, and absolutely no attention to basic order quality.

I had such a great experience at CAVA! It was my first time going, and Angel made it so easy and enjoyable. He helped me choose what to add to my bowl and gave really good suggestions, everything ended up tasting amazing! He was super patient, friendly, and had such a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about giving customers a good experience. The food came out quickly, and there was no wait at all. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to Angel’s awesome service!
It was my first time trying CAVA, and I have to say, the experience was amazing from start to finish! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together — but what really stood out was the service. Angel was incredible! He was so friendly and patient while helping me build my bowl, giving the best recommendations and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His positive attitude honestly made my day. When I went to pay, he even cracked a joke that had me laughing all the way home. People like Angel make a place worth coming back to, he definitely deserves a raise!

I had a truly awful experience at CAVA. When I brought up that my order was missing items I paid for, the manager completely dismissed my concern. She didn’t acknowledge me properly, offered no solution, and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal simply because it was “just hummus.” That attitude is unacceptable—no matter what the item is, it’s about respect and fairness to the customer.
What made it worse was that she wasn’t even the one to directly tell me that I wouldn’t be getting a refund. Instead, she had someone else deliver that message, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected at least basic courtesy and accountability, but got none. I left extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning to this location.
