Service was amazing, and the manager or hostess, Jessica, was very accommodating as we were running very late for our reservation. Great vegetarian options. Pasta was fresh and delicious, I had the spaghetti and meatballs, my friend had the Cacio e Pepe, (and the eggplant dish as the appetizer) all of it was superb! We finished our evening with the Tiramisu which did not disappoint, yummy in our tummies! Would definitely go back again!!

Bartender was incredible. Drinks were seriously top notch without the price tag. Food was also amazing cannot recommend the Cesar salad enough the croutons are so good you’ll be dreaming about them seriously. The gnocchi oxtail was also amazing gnocchi was handmade and lastly get the teramisu. Definitely gets 5 stars in my book and will be going back the service was also top notch. Make reservations though because it’s small. Also no valet only street parking but it’s free

The food is incredible and so is the service! Hostess Jessica was so sweet and forgiving of me when I had to call to move our reservation down twice. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and service. I've been 4 times now and I'll keep coming back

So happy our favorite Italian restaurant in Tampa re-opened. My wife and I went last night, and the food and service were on point. Tables were spaced out well, which made us feel very comfortable. Lamb and mushroom agnolotti, wild boar tenderloin and wagyu short rib were incredible, and paired wonderfully with the Brunello. Chocolate cake with hazelnut gelato was a great finish.

I highly suggest this place! Best Italian dishes around. It's very convenient and walkable from most places. The staff here is very polite and is always on top of things. I suggest this place for a first time date or a casual night out with friends. You can dress casual or fancy it's your choice!I've never had a bad experience here. It is very hard to get a table so definitely reserve ahead of time or you can chance it and have a seat at the bar if it's available.

We live very close to Cena and have overlooked it many times. Joke's on us! After having dinner there last night, we will not make that mistake again!! Our meal and service were top notch. I was thoroughly impressed! We ordered fried eggplant, shrimp risotto, and a pasta dish. It was all perfection! We will be back!

This was probably the best Italian I have had in awhile. The veal is cut like a tomahawk, the burrata's mozzarella is smooth and creamy. Definitely worth your time.

Our first time visiting... 1 star for the service... 5 stars for the food. The service was awful. Truly dreadful. We had a 6:15 reservation and showed up about 5 min early. We were greeted by the hostess and told they didn't have a table for us but that we could sit by the bar. We didn't have backup plans or would have left. We instead decided to take the seat at the bar. The hostess did offer to pay for our first drinks due the inconvenience, which was nice. The bar tender (now our waiter) asked if we wanted a drink, when we asked if they had a red blend he told us "the grapes are listed and pointed at the menu". We were seated at 6:15... but he didn't ask us if we were ready to order until almost 6:40. Then as we were about to order we noticed a 2 seat table had opened up so we asked him if we could take that table ... he said "I'm just the bartender"... we decided to just order at the bar... we order a cheese plate to start and two entrees. 7:15 comes around and we had to ask of the cheese plate would be coming out soon... he said "we are backed up"... should be coming out soon. Cheese gets delivered shortly there after... entrees arrive about 7:45, a full hour after we placed our order and full hour and half after we came to the restaurant. Service was just so bad... The food was amazing... i had the short rib risotto and my wife had truffle pasta. The food would be the only reason I would ever return. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced.

We arrived early and got drinks and the bar except they took some time. The bartender once he realized we still did not have drinks asked what we ordered and started to make. He poured the remainder of the main components of the drink and noted it was not a fill pour and was gone. He then handed it to me. When I said it was with ginger ale. He opened a Canada Dry and poured a little in. - not impressed. Granted he was very busy and overwhelmed I will say they noticed the issue and gave us the drinks for free. Kudos to them for noticing. The food was lackluster. The buratta was over burdened with salt and pepper. The sea food risotto had not taste and needed salt and pepper and the elk pasta dish was just ok. Would not recommend.

Simply one of the best places ever! This place is Chef Micheal through and through, that's a good thing! From a chic modern yet cozy decor it will draw you in. It's a menu that's always evolving seasonal yet stays true to form. I've been here many times so let's start with the great updates to the decor and the wine list is now a showcase to match the food. I've never spent $75 on a bottle of Primativo, now all I want is to spend $75 on this bottle! Ok back to the restaurant. What else can I say except on New Year's Eve chef was the one to bring us hot bread from the kitchen and say hi, ummm where else do you get that? Truly a gem of a restaurant and a place that's great for a fabulous meal with the people you love
