It was our first time visiting the restaurant. From the second my husband & I walked in, we were greeted by a young man named, Mr. Borna, We both thought that he was the owner in the way he was out of this world with his treatment towards us & all that came in. He was so helpful with his suggestions on what to order. He is treated us like if we were his family. He gave us such a warm feeling in our hearts that melted us & we will continue to go back & plan to tell everyone. The food was absolutely delicious. The cook is spectacular, there was a very young boy that picked up the tables & he was amazing as well. GOD bless them all & please let the owner know that if we had a restaurant of our own we would love nothing more that to have personal like, Mr. Borna, the young boy & the amazing chef.

A taste of Spain in Tampa! A truly divine culinary experience. We loved everything about this restaurant. Having experienced Spain’s culinary delights in the past, I can say with confidence that the food at Cepas is extremely authentic. The food was good, ceviche delicious, sangria refreshing, we had a good time. We had a seafood paella with an amazing flavors full of seafood. Service was good, a bit slow in the beginning, but when the food arrived we forgot about everything else. I am planning to come back.

As everything Friday evening, the place was packed. A nice wine bar in Carrolwood. I enjoy the Sangría while my partner enjoys the wine. The have cold and hot tapas, I can recommend the garlic shrimp and their flat breads.
