have great experience every time
This place is a fraud. I ordered on their app back in February. Went to pick up at store and it was closing. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closing ??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back and now we are in May. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. Piss poor customer service.
Ate at the Aurora, CO location in Southlands on the 23rd of April. Half way through my sandwich I bit into something hard. It was a piece of sky blue plastic that appears to have been chopped up into my chicken Philly meat. Has numbers on it. Tried to reach out to corporate, was given an auto reply message to give them three business days to respond. Today is 5/4/25 and I have heard absolutely NOTHING back.
I spent 12 on a small cheesesteak and a lemonade. The drink was the best thing. And when did a Philly automatically come with lettuce and tomatoes? Really....

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.
Sief is an awesome happy employee. It’s so refreshing to be treated well in a drive thru. He was incredibly funny and professional. I’ll be back. Thank you.

. I understand the need for the card info. The lack of communication about this was my issue. They also pay for reviews. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. I suggest you read Google reviews for this business with the knowledge that a financial incentive may have been provided for the reviews. I also received a marketing text to set up regular cleaning that was worded as if my initial cleaning had already been done when it had not. I appreciate the vigor of their marketing, but not the timing or the methods.
I wanted to give a big kudos to the employee that was working the drive-thru today named “ Sief “. 10 out of 10 with his customer service. He should be promoted. This was our 2nd time back this week and he remember us from Tuesday. Had me and wife I laughing until our food was ready. You should mirror him in training for any upcoming employee.

Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.
Wow! Only 1 female & 1 male employee working. They never stopped! The whole time we were there (we ate our meals inside) the 2 constantly worked. They both deserve a raise. Very impressive employees.

Got my order wrong and tried to send me through the drive through to reorder, never gave me a receipt and tried to just give me any receipt he printed. Did I mention he gave us someone else’s food .
