I went here to have a quick lunch with some friends, and it was definitely not bad. We did not have to wait too long because we were the only ones waiting in line, so we were able to order pretty quickly. We ate inside the restaurant, and the wait was about 5 minutes until we got our food. The food was alright and was pretty costly per person. I did enjoy it, but it was only okay.

When I got to Charley's the gates were pulled shut like they were closed. I did my Walmart shopping and as I was leaving they opened up again. I placed my order and waited, and waited. When I finally got my order, the fries were well overcooked and crumped together. The sandwich was half-butt put together and falling apart. I should have looked before I left but with it taking so long, I was running late. I tried calling them back 6 times throughout the day and even twice this afternoon. Each time no one answered and just a recording that I left a message but still not returned call. I'd like a refund or a quality meal please.

About a month ago I ordered charleysmin walmart on gunn hwy and my order was wrong even my drinks wrre supposed to be miilkshake and they gave me 4 large lemonades and were closed that night, i was so upset!..i called the following day and they actually answered and I spoke with Joseph gave him alll my info etc. He said he would refund me or comp my next order. I literally tried calling everyday for like a month or more and quite a few times a day and these workers will not ever, I mean ever answer the phone there. It was so annoying and since I don't drive I couldn't do anything until I had to go to Walmart again which was the other day. So I ask for Joseph and he was very nice on the phone that one time but not in person. He drilled me , acted like I was lying and that he couldn't recall our conversation. Frustrated I was gonna get a compted order but his attitude me just want the refund and eat elsewhere. While he is literally in the process off doing my refund, this short Spanish girl dolia or something with a D and rude asf comes hugging on him asking him what's going on. So, then she asked me so now with customers behind me I'm having to reexplain every detail and she was cutting me off drilling me as if I was lying and told me to stop raising my voice at her which pissed me off because I was talking normal and then she stops him from refunding me saying she needed the order number I had already given Joseph on the phone a month ago. I asked for the district managers number and I was so angry now at this point. Then I find out this girl isn't even a manager she just wanted to act like she was someone, be rude and nasty to an already unsatisfied customer and embarrass me infront of everyone there. This girl has no business, in my opinion, being a customer service person for any company. I can't believe how Joseph just listened to her and just walked away from me as well..worst experience ever and we literally ordered from u all on online a few times a week until after my wrong awful meal the experiences seemed to haooy more often like the cheese was rotten and nobody ever picked up and we got food poisoning and couldn't get anyone on the phone to tell the cheese was bad and they started putting Swiss cheese which i won't eat and hate on my sandwiches that were suppose to be provolone. So we stopped wastinv our money from you all but you were one of our favorite places to eat.

(ordered on DoorDash) I paid $15.59 for a large philly cheesesteak that had no flavor whatsoever besides the banana peppers and mayo.. you would think for a place that specializes in cheesesteak that their signature product would have flavor and taste to it.. maybe it was just this time I ordered that was bad because I've gotten Charley's before that wasn't this bad but, dang, I'ma just make my own or go somewhere else.

Lazy workers and bad customer service;
ordered food there and the chicken was not fully cooked and completely disregarded the instructions on the sandwich and made it their own. Never ordering from again.

After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to go and ask if it was ready. The girl in the preparation area with a laugh on her face murmured: no, I haven't done it yet (in Spanish) but it's not that they had too much work but that they were talking very entertainingly and the order shining for their absence.

Trash location
Expensive foe what it is. They didn't listen well when we placed our order got.it all wrong and 1 in our party didn't end up eating. The bacon on the ultimate fries tasted raw. There was no crispiness to it at all.

Love this Charley's. Every single time I come to this Walmart I have to stop here, it's by far the best cheese steaks in Tampa.

I ordered the real chicken wings to go, since I knew they were being made fresh and not battered. When I got home and opened them, I was surprised that they were overcooked!! So they were dry and a bit chewy!! Maybe need to set a timer for the cooks!!

This Charleys location is absolutely wonderful. Since my wife and I frequent that Walmart we have went to this location on average once a week since it opened, and haven't had a single bad experience. The closest was that I tried a new cheese stake that didn't agree with my body and it ended up making me nauseous, so I told the person I recognized as the boss, and stressed that I just wanted to let him know so the problem could be looked into. He ended up giving me a free cheese stake for my trouble. The food itself, while pricey, is amazing. Their wings are big, flavorful, and meaty. There have been cheese stakes I didn't like, but that is always a risk you take when you try something new. The cooks have never, not even once given me the wrong order. As far as atmosphere goes it does feel like you are in a little restaurant that is inside a walmart, but they can't really be blamed for the reality of it.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is flat ground, and I am sure if you need help with moving a chair someone would happily lend a hand.
