This was my first time ordering from Charles and it was very disappointing. I ordered the Louisiana Cajun fries and cinnamon sugar fried dough. I received the Cajun fries and an order of fries. When I called Charley's, the guy said they don't have the fried dough yet so they automatically send an order of fries as replacement. So heads up customers, they do not have the fried dough.

If you want the true taste of Charley's, never buy it at the mall! This store is my go-to when I crave a great cheesesteak!!!

Great service and good food! The employees here are amazing! My partner and I went for some lunch after shopping and were greeted kindly and our food was hot and fresh. The music choice at this location is great as well! It really had me in a happy and grooving mood. I'd say this is a great location to have a lunch break and hang out for a bit! My partner and I certainly had a good time.
