Placed an order online. Was greeted upon arrival by a man who spoke no English. He had someone in the back come out and tell me that they couldn’t make my food. That “they were told the grill couldn’t be turned on until 5:00.” I asked for a refund. They said that I would have to do that online. My email receipt says if I have issues to contact the store. So I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. Awful experience and will never be back.

Ordered the small Bacon 3 cheesesteak, this is the 2nd time the portion felt... Disappointing. The service was solid, not overly bubbly but also not, I can't wait to leave and go home attitude. Food was prompt and wife's food looked good, so not a terrible endeavor but this location seems to be skimping on the Steak in their name.

Poor place to go to the cashier & cook couldn’t hold their eyes open or their heads up and others were sitting at the benches doing the same!! Also was cleaning the grill ready to close at 8:00 when they DONT close until 10:00!! Would not recommend!!!

So i came in for a milkshake but now apparently they dont serve milkshakes anymore but they still show milkshakes on their menu and online. They say they dont serve ice cream either meanwhile they have a gigantic sign on their window showing get an ice cream cone i think for a dollar. They are just pulling a bait and switch and misleading people to come in. They had the best milkshakes by far and I could deal with the slow service and poor food, but now I have no reason to return. The people dont want to help and take forever and now they got rid of the only thing that kept me coming back.

This place continues to disappoint. I haven't been here for almost a year. The last time, there were 16-18 yr olds running the place, using the same gloves to clean and serve food. The manager/owner (not sure which) claimed he was going to make sure they were trained correctly and the everything would be more professional. Well, it doesn't seem to have changed much. I went in yesterday and the cashier Robaina was very nice and took the order correctly. When I placed my order, they put down some fresh fries. However, when I got my order I decided to check as the fresh fries were still cooking. First, the girl who cooked my sandwich used her hand to throw fries in the container not the scooper. There was a total of 7 fries that were barely warm with my sandwich. I was given fresh fries when I asked and there were placed in the proper to-go container. While the situation is frustrating, I don't blame the young workers. I place total blame on an owner and management who just don't care to correctly train their employees. I was excited when this location opened as I do enjoy Charley's. However, it seems I'll have to go to Citrus Park mall or the one in Wal-mart on Gunn instead.

My family and I ordered some food tonight and it was AWFUL. The food tasted old and stale like it’s been sitting out for awhile.
