I typically choose to eat Charley's at MacDill's BX as a last resort. Often time the food is bland, you'd be surprised how much salt and pepper do when its not present. And to add insult to injury, the preparation is often times haphazard with little care or concern. I find this pretty disturbing. It's akin to slop being thrown in a bowl and dropped in front of you. Add this to the barely there customer service, most times I'll eat an MRE before choosing this Charley's.

We were on McDill AFB... We don't go often...but when we do we ALWAYS get a sandwich! Well organized...and delish fries etc...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and enjoyed their Philly cheese steak sandwiches, in a food court area of the Exchange, great service and food, very convenient.
Messed up my order, food was still good but not exciting.
Good food and service.
