⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Dinner Experience My wife and I celebrated her 60th birthday at Charlie's Steakhouse in Tampa on Sunday evening, and it was absolutely unforgettable. I made our reservation Friday for Sunday night through the Opendoor-app, and I added a note that we prefer a quiet, ambient setting. They delivered perfectly, seating us in a private room away from the bar and main dining area. From valet to check-in, the hospitality was amazing. They even had a birthday card and flower petal decor waiting on the table. Our two servers were outstanding, perfectly timing each course without ever interrupting the moment. They also surprised us with complimentary meatballs in a wine sauce that weren't on the menu. The calamari was the best I've ever had, and the steaks were unreal. I had the 24oz porterhouse with garlic wine sauce, and my wife had the ribeye filet. We were both shocked at how perfectly cooked and flavorful everything was. The manager also came by to thank us and he gave my wife a cute candle lit ice cream parfait and wish my wife a happy birthday. Truly a top-tier experience. Thank you, Charlie's Steakhouse! The most unbelievable dining experience! Celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary here and loved every second. Tori and James are incredible servers. The wagyu tomahawk ribeye is out of this world.

From the moment we pulled up to the valet, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere in the restaurant is high end but not stuffy. Stephanie, iur server, was fantastic. We were celebrating our 34 anniversary and the entire staff made sure it was a night we would remember and treasure. The food was incredible, we ended up taking a lot hime because the portions are very generous. The aged dry rub rib eye melted in your mouth. The steak tartar appetizer could have been a meal by itself.the dessert choices were so amazing tharbi had one there and took one to go. We will definitely be going back to Charlie's.
