The ambience was good.. our server was excellent. To my surprise the burger off the kids meal was awful . My kid did not eat it . We got it home n I had to add seasoning to it . While I was eating it I found numerous cartilage pieces and a few bone shards. I was surprised .. the rest of the dinner was good. Will I return probably not.

Went to Charley’s last night. Never really complain or write reviews. Yesterday I had the 21 day aged ribeye, lobster Mac, & a butter cake. I got home and had liquid bowel movements, nausea, & vomiting all throughout the night, not to mention it was about 60 degrees in the restaurant. Service was amazing as always but food caused a stomach flu that I’m still feeling the next day at 7:28 am. Don't think I can return.

Food was absolutely delicious. However, service was very slow. We got there at 7pm and there was a large party next to us that took a lot of the waitresses time and attention, so we did not get to order our food until almost 8pm. My steak was also very rare when I ordered medium, but they tended to that issue quickly! It was also mine and my fiancés birthday and we did not get the birthday ice cream while every table around us did.

Everything was spectacular! I came here kind of by accident because my original plans were derailed and I knew this was near my hotel. The staff was so nice and took such good care of me. I got a single pork chop and garlic mashed potatoes...best chop ever! I wish they would do a half portion of the sides but other than that, my only ask is that they never change who they are. Truly a wonderful meal.

Berns is soooo overrated. This place is not so and lives up to the reputation. Plus you don't have to book 3 months out to get a table. Excellent service - loved the meat presentation and knowledge of our waiter. We will be back!

Charley's is always a 5-Star experience. Our server Vinnie was superb. There were 8 of us from the real estate investor community and we just finished a day at the #FamilyMastermind and the atmosphere was excellent.Our table had everything from a seafood tower, steak tartare, wagyu fillets were everywhere, (they were out of the wagyu tomahawks) and plenty more including bottles of wine and classic drinks and Vinnie handled everything orderly and delivered our food in a well paced and timely fashion.The steaks were buttery smooth and cooked to perfection between Medium Rare and Medium were the choices at the table.Definitely will be back!Vegetarian options: They do have a cauliflower steak that I am going to try, however they also have a cedar plank cauliflower side dish that is definitely shareable and it tastes wonderful as well
