placed a mobile order, and when i pulled up to the window, nobody came over to me for 5+ minutes. i also didn’t see/hear anyone, so i thought maybe they were closed. i called the store, but nobody answered, so i tried just calling out “hello? is anyone there?” to see if anyone would answer. eventually, someone came up to the window looking annoyed, and i said i had a mobile order; apologized for yelling to them but said i had been waiting for a while and didn’t know if anyone was there. she didn’t respond to me, and turned around to make fun of me to her co worker. i did end up getting my food (which is probably cold now because it had been sitting there the whole time) but that was wild.

I was skeptical about pulling into this checkers because of how dirty the outside of the parking lot the building and the area I took a chance went through to drive through pacifically. Ask for no onions on my sandwich. Paid close to $10 for a sandwich that I had to throw in the trash because they put onions on my sandwich and I am allergic to onions. And these fast food places workers want $15 It's disgusting they can't even make a sandwich correctly. The manager needs to step up and do their job double Check orders before they go out the window. And maybe go a little extra and clean the facilities.

I had to wait on the new cheese filled food. Not sure of the name. Mines were empty. The one that had food in it I could tell what it was or if it had chees in it. I ate my burger pretty fast and I was so hungry it wasn't till the last few bits I thought this doesn't taste right and all I could taste was onions and bread. I pulled the remaining bun off and it looked as it was guacamole on my burger. The cheese was not yellow. The onions looked old. I am convinced they are serving old food from the storm.
