I used to go to the one on Fowler when I got off work young men working with there pants down burgers cold fries soggy and old.i went there one day one guy yelling at his girlfriend on the phone and cursing I just went to Taco Bell.They had one young female manager working she didn’t care who was at the window waiting.I was the only customer in line no cars or nothing.I ask to have my burger fresh out they told me they turned everything off.ITS NOT LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHERE YOU GET FRESH FOOD TO MANY YOUNG KIDS THAT DONT CARE.

I would give a good review but can't I did not like it and besides I saw that they were boarding it up today 11/19/24 TUESDAY THE ONE ON FOWLER AVE and also painting it white hhhmmmm what's up with that, THAT DOES NOT LOOK TEMPORARILY CLOSED TO ME, IT LOOKS LIKE ITS PERMANENTLY CLOSED TO ME.

August 21st, 12:18 pm We received our food at 12:37 pm. 20 min ticket time!! Cold food, soggy fries, and I literally watched the guy on the line make 1 sandwich at a time, about 3 min per sandwich. There were maybe 5 other customers ahead of me. I mentioned it to the lady working the window, and all she had to say was "I know". Get better people to work the line!

Normally i don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they're usually all the Same to me with the atmosphere and mood of employees looking for a paycheck, but this review is for the crew that was on shift when i picked up my order from the app. I ordered the Mix and match two and make it a meal for both me and my mom. I was surprised by how well the food was prepared and organized in the bags. The drive thru lady was really helpful in explaining the Pickup lane to pull through and she seemed to really be in a good mood or enjoy her job I'm not sure what it was, but she's really kind. The grill cook seemed to enjoy making and preparing the food. Keep it up you two, you're going places!

Aarlynn is a horrible example of a fast food cashier. She never once came to the drive thru window when I pulled up. After waiting 5 minutes and saying hello a couple of times into the speaker, I decided to pull around and order at the takeout window in the front. When I walked up to the window, this individual Aarlynn still neglected to take my order for about another 5 minutes. I guess she was too busy talking to her co-workers. When she finally came the window, she never greeted me. She just sat there staring like I'm not a paying customer. This franchise has to do better with hiring their employees. I won't be surprised if you all go out of business soon.
