Arrived half an hour before close with my fiancé after a flight back home, was met with the statement "the system was restarting and would take 15 minutes and so we began to wait in the drive thru until then told to park and wait in the parking lot. After 10 minutes and were told it was still not yet up, we then parked once again and waited an additional 9 minutes ( to be accommodating if the system was taking longer ) I was met with "oh no, the machine is down" I then asked when it might be up i was faced with no response other than the faint laughing over the cashiers headset without any further response, we felt embarrassed and humiliated and left after a angry remark to the employee.

Checkers is always my go to when it comes to fast food. U cant go wrong with a baconzilla & mozzarella sticks.. we also got funnel cake fries! The cashier suggested i try a side of fudge to dip them in & im hooked.. lol thank u for another great experience.

I work late nights, and I go to this location all the time because of ONE employee...... Chyna is absolutely amazing!!!! She makes everything fresh and hot, and her friendly fun attitude makes a long crazy night so much better. She knows exactly what I'm going to order every time. No other late night places come close to the great experience I have every time I come here. Give this lady a promotion, you don't get employees like this often!! Loyal customer now.

The customer service was great. The drive thru worker was very patient and helpful. The fries were super greasy and the burgers just aren't the same as they used to be but that's not the locations fault it's the restaurant chain's.

DO NOT GO HERE. ordered food, half the order was missing. therefore i called and they hung up, so i called again and they sent it to voicemail numerous times showing that it was not a mistake but a SCAM. as someone who works in food i would happily give someone what they paid for. to blatantly scam and deny all calls is insane and illegal.

Ordered delivery for a chicken bites box, a large fry and a ranch dipping cup. only got the chicken box, with only 5 fries on the box, no large fry or ranch in sight. Tried to call the store to ask about the issue and was hung up on once we explained what happened. Tried calling again as it may have just been a connection issue but ended up sent straight to voicemail. I had my friend call as it was all her food that was gone, and the same thing happened she was hung up on when she explained the situation, then her calls were declined 3 separate times.

Just went thru the drive thru. Amazing service! Food was super hot and super fresh!! Today we got the NEW BRISKET sandwich, I chose the barbeque. Then a loaded fries for the group and a chicken littles box with fries! Packed full! Everything is on point! The brisket is extremely flavorful and grilled up nicely.
