Horrible food my burgers came out green they wouldn’t give me a refund the employees are all nasty and where screaming at customers they should shut this checkers down the customer service was so bad I will never eat here again

If you can avoid this location, do so AT ALL COSTS. I work not far from this Checkers and went over there at 3:20 pm on Monday 9/30/24. I pulled in, placed my order and noticed 4 cars ahead of me also waiting. That wait too approx. 20 minutes for me to even get to the window to pay. When I did get to the window, I was greeted with an attitude and then told to pull up after I had paid because I had to “wait” for my food. I then sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for my order. Not sure but last time I checked, one hamburger, one hot dog and a Diet Coke should not take 35-40 minutes to get from start to finish, and if that’s how yall do business and train people to work, your store is gonna close real quick.
To add to that, I got my food and it was ice cold. Whatever team was working there today at 3pm onward…they def need a crash course on doing better. Just look at all the other reviews and you’ll understand what I mean.

I ordered on the app and had a set time of when I should pick up my food.
I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I got to the window and stated that I had a mobile order and gave my name, the employees started arguing whether or not my order even existed. Then one of the employees finally said that they found my order in their system, but it hadn't been made yet, even though they had 15 minutes prior to start on it. They told me to pull around the front (I assume to not run up their drive-thru time).
I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order, and then, instead of bringing it to my car, they flagged me down to get out of my car and come to the walk-up window.
This was absolutely ridiculous interaction.

08/29/24 8:31pm. My family and I visited this checkers location. The order was med 3 tender meal, med 5 tender meal, 5 single tenders, 2 hot & spicy chicken, and a small fry. We were told to park because food is made “FRESH TO ORDER”. We waited 30mins for our food. Once the food was received we checked ALL the food and notice that my son was missing A TENDER (1 TENDER)!!! My mother went to let the manager know. The manager ask her to show her all the chicken tender boxes because she packed all the orders. We showed her all the boxes. She then states that she made all the food and know that she put all the tenders in the box. My mother showed her the box and counted several time, and continued to tell her ma’am all the tenders were not there. She then states she would have to pull the cameras to make sure because missing tenders are taking out her check. After exchanging of words. I asked for a refund for the 5 piece that was missing a tender. She then states that she will only do a refund if ALL THE FOOD ORDER WAS RETURNED. We had to bring all the food back. So, I had to stop my other children from eating their food. She proceeds to throw it in the trash, walk to the computer and states she did a refund. She did not produce a refund transition receipt or anything. I asked for her bosses contact information she refused to provide it. I will be calling corporate and reporting her to the BBB. She was very rude, and unprofessional about 1 CHICKEN TENDER! This overall was a horrible experience for my family and we will NOT be returning EVER AGAIN!!

Funny all the good reviews use first names for the staff... the manager was rude cause they do not use any of the apps specials or coupons so they did not serve what I prepaid for... they took about 15 minutes just to tell me that which was all my lunch time... this was my third or fourth time and I was disappointed every time especially with the time every time....

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! More than a 15 minute wait for food during lunchtime with very minimal customers. Pulled back around in drive through to inquire about my order and was still told they would bring my food out. Waited for 8 more minutes.

This location int worth it. Avoid at all cost. Slow as heck, horrible service. Ive been here twice. I didnt even know it was there until a few days ago while doing uber eats. My kids were excited wanted to go and get some checkers after we were done. We go there and my kids needed to use the bathroom. Bathroom was locked so they went to the window where they were ignored. I came to the window and my child knocked, the manager or whoever was sitting in the back in a chair and yelled about it. Noone cane to the window for atleast 5 mins and thats not even accurate it was longer.. then they asked about the bathroom and they said they couldnt use it. Told them about my online order through the app and they then started fixing it. Took FOREVER! Today, i placed an order. Waited 10-15 mins in line to get it for it to not even be started. Had to wait, they finally brag it after another 10-15 mins and my “large” fry didnt look so large and it wasnt even close to full. I didnt even waste my breath… ill never return to this place! I live less than 5 mins away my food was still hot when i got home but my burgers are dry and the edges are burnt and hard. Never again.. 2nd attempt when i shouldnt have returned after the first.
