I have to say that the food is always hot and good however when I was there a few nights ago the manager/owner (I asked who he was) showed up and started screaming at staff, throwing and breaking things. The girl in the drive thru had to mute her mic and at the window you could hear and see what was going on. No wonder the moral at this store is horrible. Lead by example! Very unprofessional! I don’t care what line of work you are in, NO employee should ever have to deal with that type of abuse. What a disappointment in a grown man’s behavior.

I was hesitate on coming here after reading all the bad reviews but I did anyways and I don’t regret it. Service was great, the lady that took my order was super nice!! Time from taking order to getting food was less than 5 min! And food was all fresh and hot when I got home to eat it. No compliants.

I ordered 2 swirls one cone and one cup, a chocolate cone, banana milkshake, and a Carmel cheesecake sundae, the Carmel cheesecake didn’t have any cheesecake in it, the cones were super small it is not worth $1.69 the checkers in Seffner is way better with making the ice cream cones, also the swirl in the cup was just a swirl cone stuffed in a cup. The employee making our ice cream was a white female with a nose ring and had glasses, just know if you see her making your ice cream, drive away. We will not return to that location, until she is properly trained. The time was 10:55pm

Place refused to honor coupons. And management is rude. They slam the window in your face when you walk up. I’m calling corporate. It is a lady manager and when I tried to give her my last coupon she slammed the window in my face and she refused to give me her name and for that I am calling corporate. Very rude And she doesn’t seem to like her job. Also I have my three kids with me and it was disgusting for my kids to have to see that treatment towards me. Also why does checkers send me coupons through the app I download if they don’t want me using the checkers coupons ?

Never seen a checkers with only one druve through before and now i know why absolutely insane having to wait 20 plus minutes each time bc 8 or more cars in the lane. Not only that I absolutely LOVE how every time i order a meal and ask for salt and pepper they Never. HAVE. IT. what kinda fast food Joint doesnt have extra salt and pepper, inexcusable and failure of management.

Ok so i felt like after the 4th time of me coming here i had to do this review. First thing the service is really good. There ladies are super nice but when it comes to the food, it’s always cold. I live 5min away from this checkers. There’s no way by the time i get home my burger and fries need to be heated up in the microwave. That’s my only thing idk how they are supposed to fix this but pls do. $20 bucks on burgers and fries it should be hot/warm.

Went here and didn’t order anything. They don’t have the same menu deals as the Brandon location. Won’t be back. I hate when franchises change pricing and don’t offer the same experience as other surrounding locations.
Been a couple times, both during and not during busy hours. Service has been friendly but the food has been stale and incorrect by an almost comical proportion both times.Brandon Checkers is close enough to warrant not coming back here for a 3rd time.

I have gone multiple times since they have opened and they have always forgotten to give me something. They do not apologize and then take 10 min just to give me what I am missing which makes my food cold. Their milkshakes and smoothies are not the large size of other checkers. And they do not know how to take coupons. The waits are very long. The food is decent, but you will either wait for ever or miss something. I honestly cannot recommend this location. Better off heading up the road to the other one on 41.

The checkerburgers did I ordered They had hardly any anything on them the bun wasn't toasted The fries were cold . The fish sandwich didn't have Hardly had anything on it. The root beer taste it like Dr Pepper. But the staff was kind. The hot dog the chili dog tasted sour.

Only giving 2 ⭐️ because the food was fresh. I spent 40$ on meals and simply asked for some mayo packets they refused to give me so I asked if they can put some in a cup I don’t use ketchup! Staff was rude saying no they can’t do that either. This place better evaluate the staff they just hired because with those attitudes you will be out of a job real soon!
