Posting picture of advertisement, vs what I got. I know fast food burgers arenāt identical to the advertisement clearly, but this is just disrespectful. A couple of tiny burnt pieces of āPhilly steakā - I wish I looked before I got home.

Just went to your location. Purchased My order and was told to move to the other lane window for my when there was literally no one in line behind me in the drive thru so I did and when you gave me my order which was ready 5 seconds after I when around to the other lane window so there was no reason for me to do it. When I got home I see that you forgot to put the apple pie I ordered and paid for in the bag. This happens way to much at this location. I never write reviews but I decided to post this because I wanted to let you know that you lost a customer. I will never come back to this location again

Came to this place at midnight and the burgers are certainly nothing special - taste like something anyone can whip up in their backyard.
The milkshake however is decently sized - but not necessarily high quality.
I would return for the milkshake but not the burgers.

This was my first time coming to Checkers here off Dale Mabry. I didn't know that they had chicken sandwiches. I thought they only had burgers. I ordered the western chicken sandwich, and my wife and kids got the chicken bites and a single burger.
Our friends from California were interested in trying it, and it was okay. Fries were good.
You do have to walk up to order and then wait for them to call your name. There are 5-6 tables outside for dining.
Overall, it was okay.

I was the only customer there: ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger. My beef was barely considered warm with a āmushyā texture, bacon was good, and my bun was coldā¦. I was starving after working a 13 hour day with no lunch, anything (I thought) would have tasted good. Nope. Iāll never try a checkers again.

Purely surprised on how cold my food was. And yes I know that it's checkers but come on, no line, there was no need to try and rush cold food out like that.
Every spot closed but thereās atleast 4 works keeping it open and doing a great job I hope thereās ppl get a raise I donāt eat checkers but because of today Iām be back
