Just sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes trying to order something for a Coworker and nothing happened so we drove up to the other window to see what the problem was or ask if they were even open… yelled at least 5-6 times thru the opening in the window and the lady definitely heard me ask if they were open because she looked over at me gave me the, can’t you see I’m busy look and ignored me. Idk if there was something wrong with the intercom in the other lane but the car in front of us was just sitting there doing nothing and I don’t have time to be waiting that long for one car to order. Just be a decent human being and answer a question so we know wether or not to keep waisting our time behind one car at the intercom for over 10 mins doing nothing. Thanks

I had a very unpleasant experience with management at this Checkers location. The drive-thru speaker was malfunctioning, which made it difficult to place my order. Instead of acknowledging the equipment issue or offering assistance, the manager told me that “next time you need to order at the speaker because we’re on a timer.”
That would make sense — except the speaker wasn’t working properly. Rather than addressing that, the manager was rude and had a nasty attitude about it. There was no apology and no professionalism in how the situation was handled.
To be clear, this review has nothing to do with the food. I don’t play about my food, and I’m not about to complain about it when the real issue was management’s behavior. I simply expect to be spoken to with respect. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable because staff can’t handle problems professionally.
Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

The property is always very clean. Always bent pressure washed and grounds being cared for!
Call Dan at 9:30 it was 9:49 when they took my order I watched eight cars that came in after me get their food fresh while I waited 35 minutes to get my food. Not only that the girl at the window was rude as hell told me that drive-thru was more important and that I just needed to wait and shut the door and locked it then I called to complain because they screwed up my whole entire order and they hung up on me this place is disgusting every time I come here there's something and you always help drive through when I used to work for checkers know the policy order should be bagged as they are ordered all because you want to worry about some stupid time you screw your customers lists of disgrace to all checkers everywhere

Our first visit to this location. The lady who took our order, Katt, was very friendly, helpful and informative. We each had the MVP double cheeseburger. I had the small and my guest had the large. The fries were piping hot and the burger was fresh and flavorful. The order was 100% accurate. Servings were generous. I brought my apple pie home so not yet able to comment on it. Today was a lovely day so it was a treat to eat outdoors for a change. Based on our experience I can enthusiastically recommend this Checkers.
