now don't get my wrong, the staff here are extremely nice, and they're super funny sometimes, I have never had a mean or negative interaction with any of them, but anytime past 1:30 am they take 30 mins to come to the window for the pick up orders, not even to bring it out, to COME TO THE WINDOW. I have been here since 2:19 and it is 2:44 and there is still a car in front of me. the workers are busy closing the restaurant when it doesn't close for another 2 hours, ur customers should be first

Decided to close all windows but one and sent delivery drivers to a window they then ignored. When delivery drivers for grub hub came around to other lane told them to go back to the closed window. Very rude and clearly don’t care. The whole crew on 02/12/25 at midnight decided to make their own rules and shut down windows as they pleased. I’m not used to great customer service at checkers but this is by far the worst checkers in Tampa bay.

The worst food and service me and my family has ever received in 40+ years. The chicken was under cooked, the fries were cold and the lady inside was the rudest person I've meet. She basically threw the food at us and then asked why we were sitting at the window for 1 min with no 1 else in line. Now I see why we never see anyone there. Worst experience ever.

This location usually gives good service but today Brenda and Mike really went above and beyond !!! Their customer service was absolutely amazing so delightful and respectful to me and my son !! I was having a ruff day and and Brenda put a smile on my face from ear to ear with her positive cheerful personality !! Mike had a wonderful personality and made my meals with love the food was great !!! Hands down one of the best experiences at a fast food location I have experienced !!! Hopefully upper management realizes those two definitely deserve some acknowledgment!!!

Just tried to get some food from checkers and the lady refuse to give me my food and told me I had to drive around to the DoorDash Uber pick up because I ordered through my checkers app. Threw an absolute fit at me yelling at me for driving up to that customer window and refused to give me the food that I already paid for. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a checkers literally yelling at me. How do you allow your employees to refuse customer the food that they already paid for? I will be calling corporate.

The saving grace here are the service provided by the two late-nite workers was friendly, courteous and efficient, so efficient that we had no time to catch their names. The chicken strips were a minimal amount of real delicious. moist chicken covered in a too-thick layer of breading that tasted as if prepared in rancid oil. Baconzilla delivered "bacon in every bite" with 2 burger patties, cheese, and condiments, but tasted as if prepared in old oil. Shakes and fries were reasonable for late nite food. SERVICE IS INCREDIBLY FAST AND COURTEOUS. The venue offers drive thru and walk-up with no indoor restrooms or seating. Umbrellas provide cover for several outdoor concrete tables and bench, with wheel chair access. The van access parking space in free lot has no curbs with great access to the order and pick up window and out door seating.
Vegetarian options: no vegetarian options, french fries are likely prepared in same oil as chicken and burgers.
Dietary restrictions: no gluten free
Parking: van accessible parking, free parking in dedicated parking lot
Kid-friendliness: no specific kids menu but they have burgers, chicken, fries, milk shakes
