Came to this location 3/21/2024 @9:58PM and was told at the speaker “I’m not accepting anymore orders, I’m too overwhelmed.” This is highly unacceptable. I came all the way from my home, just to get turned around due to someone not being able to do the job they applied for. Ridiculous.

I decided I wanted to eat here since they just had a remodel. Unfortunately just the outside was remodeled. So I pull up to the window after ordering and the cashier hands me my order and then walks away. She only gave half of my order and never came back to the window after a couple minutes a different employee came to the window and asked what I was waiting on because the other employee didn’t tell her anything before she walked out of the kitchen. So I finally get my food and head home. I go to start eating and noticed the buffalo tenders were floppy and rubbery with barely any sauce on it. I took one bite and to throw it away. This place should have just been knocked down because it still looks awful and the service still sucks.

I always order the mozzarella sticks and funnel cake fries, which are always delicious with the right amount of crispness. I appreciate the rewards membership that Checkers has.

The virtual ordering through the drive-thru is horrible and got the order wrong. Told the lady at the window to what the correct order was and they still got the order wrong. We had to drive to the other side to get our order and it took 24 minutes. The order was still wrong. They got me for my money but will never get me again as a customer. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere that respects your time and money.

Was just there about half an hour ago in order to spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise which they did provide but the meat was way over cooked probably been sitting there since last night I think it looked more like a piece of a running shoe than an actual meat Patty don't go there at 7:00 at night you'll get the leftovers from the whenever previous few days or whatever it is terrible experience I guess it's like typical fast food you have to check your food before you leave they need to have some sort of quality control their just awful once I took the meat out the sandwich was far better exclamation point

I rated the food low because I never got it never even got a chance to order stood there for ten minutes waiting before a rude female worker asked if I was picking up or ordering I said ordering she said ok give me a few more minutes sat for another 5 minutes and left this is probably due to racism because not to seconds after I walked away an African American man walked up to the window I saw her drop what she was doing to go to the window I love everybody I don’t see color and it is as unprofessional as can be to employ people that do
