Went to the drive-thru late at night, lady was very nice at the window, they messed our food order up good thing we checked the bags they made up for us and gave us the food right back.... not many more places in Tampa that you can grab a burger at 2:00 in the morning highly recommended Checkers on MLK

I have been to many checkers before, but this location is the best one. It’s very professional and not “ghetto” and the customer service is like Chick-fil-A.. I had a wonderful experience today with two employees.One, who’s name is Eric and the other one, Terrence. I have been a Chick-fil-A trainer and I will say this to you, I will always come back to this checkers just because of those two employees. I live all the way in Westshore, but the checkers on Broadway is the best one and those employees need a raise. They were patient. They were kind they were understanding and they were quick I did all of that with the biggest smile. Thank you to those two employees
Update!! So like I said, best checkers. Met one of their employees at the bus stop. Her name was Tristan🥹 and she was so nice. I needed help and she had no complaints in helping me. Asked her where she worked and she told me lol I laughed because Their employees are even nice with civilians. Thank you Tristan, I found the bus.

Soggy fries and the XL cup was not filled up . The cheese in my cheese sticks was hard. My apple pie was also soggy. The employee at the window was clearly irritated so I didn’t dare turn around and complain… :(

All imma say is how are you going to be rude to your customers…. First of all I thought yall litebrights was supposed to be cordial? Second I understand that you work at a checkers so your healthy food options can be slim (full pun intended ) to none. However, to the woman who took my order today and was extremely disrespectful; maybe in stead of running your mouth you should focus on running in general. Warmest regards. PS my chili dog was abhorrent, and I am pretty sure after I received my poor quality service the woman who took my order tampered with my food. What a shame we used to be a country built upon morals.

I ordered a chili cheeseburger! With extra chili! It barely had any chili on it! I hate to take food back and I hate to complain but I ordered it with extra for a reason because I want it to squish out of my sandwich when I bite it, lol! So, anyway, took it back and the lady fixed it! Thanks for fixing it!
