I rarely eat checkers so when I do ...Im hoping it's good . I just went today and ordered the number one. The food was hot, everything tasted good, the service was fast and good. The two guys working inside were on top of it!

I just stood at the window for 10 mins. Three employees all looked at me. But no one even came to the window to acknowledge me. When I finally tapped on the window. An employee just scrugged his shoulders. I walked away. What good is your food if your customer service isn’t on point?
Ordered 2 big bufords and fries. Patties were overdone and looked like a kid burger and fries not fresh were refried per me seeing the young lady doing it. NEVER had this product given to me at any other checkers. Had a coupon

Service people are RUDE. I asked if I could get a single patty burger with the bbq and bacon instead of the double… it was the #2. I was told “you could get a single but you will get charged for a double”. The guy started taking my order then told one of the girls to take it because he had to do something else. I asked what flavors of sodas did they have. I ordered a strawberry Fanta. My husband ordered a chicken #8…it was ok. Both of our orders of fries were Luke warm. The strawberry Fanta tasted like seltzer water. I took it back to the window and all three employees saw me but ignored me. When I told them what was wrong, one girl said “well I guess our strawberry doesn’t work. What do you want?” All three were very rude and unprofessional. We will never go back to this Checker location.
