No shakes again.Update 3/2024: NO SHAKES AGAIN!I have left drive thrus on several occasions in the past. They offered ice cream alternatives which was a good suggestion.*However, why is it that shake machines are known to be down so often at fast food restaurants? Either the machine manufacturers need to change something, or Managers need to keep having them refilled until the late hours (or closing).Shakes are almost always the only reason why I stop at FF restaurants! And I just so happen to order food as well....Why aren't shakes available from the app?

I had an unfortunate experience with this Checkers. I placed an order through DoorDash, only to find out it never came. When I inquired, one of the dashers informed me that my order had been given to the wrong person. To add insult to injury, the Checkers' employees were disrespectful, even slamming the window in the dasher's face. Despite the clear mistake, the staff didn't rectify the situation, leaving my second dasher waiting. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this particular Checkers. It's evident that there's a management problem - how can the person in charge allow such behavior? If a delivery driver states they never received an order, the obvious solution is to remake it, not to let pride and ego get in the way of quality service. I sincerely believe there needs to be a change in management here. This Checkers seems to hire anyone without considering customer service skills or work ethic. I'm disappointed and expect better.

I usually never write reviews but I’d like to share my thoughts on this Checker’s. I have been going to this Checker’s location on MLK since 2017, this location never lets me down, I’ve gone to other locations in Tampa and have had lackluster and downright just bad food experiences where the food is bland, tastes old and flavorless but NOT THIS ONE ON MLK! For the past 7 years all the food I order from here is seasoned well, customer service is good, great food taste, fries are always hot, I’ve never had to complain, apologies for not knowing her name but the manager who overlooks this location deserves praise whenever she is there the food always comes out right and at a good pace. Once again, COME HERE if you want the most genuine Checker’s experience. ??

I tell you since they changed and everything I believe that this Checkers will have a chance the only thing I do have to say though is there was no kind of seasoning on the meat the meat taste plane sorry but the fries were good customer service there was even good the two people that were working at the time we're working hard keeping the flow going hats off to you folks thank you
Food was kinda on the cold side. Got two $5 boxes. Maybe I didn't read where it said it would be cold. Sure employees were busy but I don't think I was really looking for a good place to get a bite to eat with my Mom. It sure wasn't here this

Amira might want to take a few breaks though out the day...her attitude is very disturbing toward customers and the first thing she'll do is remind you she's pregnant as to why shes short tempered or constantly rolls her eyes or has to remind you she's not wanting to deal with customer service...then tell you her name is Jeremiah...she should probably take maternity leave early, Since she hates serving the public!! And I specified how I wanted my sandwich made and it was wrong, somehow that was my fault??
