Worst customer service in USCalled over a week ago to report a compliant.First the 800 number had technical difficulties all night on Friday night April 5thWhen I was able to get the complaint logged and had a complain number...was told someone who call me back in 3 to 4 days..on Sat April 6thCalled last night as I had not gotten a call.Was told my complaint number was closed as someone tried to call me and left a message...I have no voice message from anyone at Checkers.Why would the ticket be closed when. You did not even speak to anyone or get a return call back?So a new ticket was opened and I have to wait another 3 to 5 days...what a joke of a company and their customer service.

My brother and I had stop at Checkers off of Jim Redman and we ordered the $5.00 deal.Whwn we got home everything was cold, the burger, the fries and the chicken nuggets were cold. This is totally unacceptable and will not go there again.

Brought 7 sandwiches. I ordered 2 spicy chicken, 4 bcnchdr, and 1 bcnchdr with nothing on it. Also fries. They handed me the bag and I knew something was wrong. I looked in bag and only saw 4 sandwiches and ask her where my chicken sandwiches and one more bcnchdr. She didn't like that I looked and told me the order was right. She told me to looked tell her exactly what I couldn't find. After that I guess the manager( haha) very rudely handed me one chicken and one bcnchdr. Told him he still owed me one more chicken sandwich and this upset him more. Finally got food and went home. I ended up with 7 plain hamburger sandwich with a little bacon.I will not ever return to store#1065. 991 E. Memorial Blvd. Lakeland again

What is going on with this checkers location on 1520 brandon blvd. Manager needs to be checked or replaced, the food is horrible. Checkers used to be my favorite burger fast food. The checker burger was a thin slice of meat ton of sloppy sauce and lettuce saugy bread that gave me stomach ache. The fries were not crispy, the shake lost its quality. Last time I went I said this will be my last time. Over a year later the same no improvement. Worse. Please do something.

So we went to the checkers in ******* Sunday night at 930 pm and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! The gentleman who took our order was great , he let us know we had to wait 20 minutes for our wings which was fine when our order was ready the crew was great at bringing our order to the car !! I wish we had more workers and great service like them !!!

Went to Checkers on 19 by the Walmart got myself an order of large french fries cost me $4.17 for french fries that I had to throw away that was so hard and dry the inside some of those were even empty because they’ve been sitting so long that’s the first and last time I’ll get me some french fries from there

I always liked checkers but recently they have jacked their prices twice. Bite box nearly doubled. Went from two bucks to four dollars. Won't be eating a checkers anymore or until the reduce the bite box price. The last bite box I got wasn't even crammed like the old days. It was just half full....

This is more of a notice rather than a complaint. I was going to try Checkers for the first time but I noticed at check-out that they are charging 27% on sales tax. I thought food sales tax is only 7%. So I cancelled the order.

Was working for a rally’s as a general manager received the worst treatment ever been trying to get in contact with someone in cooperate for weeks I eventually just had to quit its sad I worked 72-85 hours a week and was unappreciated I have all messages pictures to my boss pleading for her help she’s hiring drunks cousins and families that’s bullying the staffs assistant manager drinks on the job even with new people she threaten too fire me because I threaten to fire her and to they been friends 7 plus years I’m furious marlon please contact me

Checkers has the best fries

This may be one of the busy Checkers in your chain in Sun City Center, FL. The staff is usually outstanding! Food is hot and great!But for some stupid reason your CDI, inc delivery is always in the way of the drive thru at lunchtime. There were 6 of us standing outside in almost 100 degree heat! Parking is very limited. . You need to plan these drops at other times not during peak lunches. You easily have lost Half of you business today because of this. Please do better
