Great little place. Food was tasty and nice portions. We had Pad Thai with Pianaple Chicken Rice in Yellow Curry and Sushi. At the end we got bubble tea which was also delicious.

Service was amazing. Ordered Uber eats. Everything we got was bland and didn’t have any flavor.

The Padang curry was flavorful but the sushi was bland and made with dry unseasoned rice. The boba honeydew tasted good but the actual boba in it was leathery. Maybe it is better at dinner, we went on a Saturday at lunchtime and were the only customers at noon.

The food overall was mostly good to very good including the Tom Ka, chicken fried rice, Penang curry, chicken cashew, eggplant, and green papaya salad. The crunchy roll and the sexy man roll were also good.On the other hand, the tuna roll which we unfortunately ordered two servings was made with bad fish and we had to throw it out due to the rancid fish. Also, the portions of some of the dishes were laughingly small. 16oz of Tom ka container was only filled about 3/4. Some other dishes only filled 1/3 of the way.If I lived in the area I would have possibly tried to eat at the restaurant as the portions may be better there.

The Egg noodles with Won-ton soup brought me back to life! Thank you fam! I love everything I’ve tried, the chicken fried rice is full of flavor! Also, if you love crab rangoon, theirs has curry seasoning, I’ve never had them this way, it was different, but it was amazing!

This was my son's favorite Thai restaurant. We love getting take-out or popping in on for weeknight dinner.

Chef Thai and Sushi is closed temporarily due to construction issues, a large hole in the concrete block building. It was hit by car. Probably weeks or months. Will update when there is news.Prior review:Chef Thai and Sushi, delightful locally owned Thai. Technically the address says 1155 S Dale Mabry Hwy Suite 22, but the building is a large shopping plaza that goes all the way around to W Watrous and Henderson Blvd. A better address suggestion might be across the street from 3825 Henderson Blvd. try 27°55'58.41" N 82°30'23.86" W.I spoke with the host today to confirm the new post-Covid hours, shown on the edited take-out menu below. The menu says 11am but she penciled in 11:30 and close 8:00pm, friday & saturday 9:00pm. Perfectly prepared Pad Kee Mao.. noodles with fresh basil in (*mild) moderately spicy brown sauce, yummy. Thank you.

The dumplings and wanton soup are excellent. The gentleman that served me was so professional and welcoming (I think his name was Theo). The restaurant is clean. Stop by and support this business even though the road construction is a bit of a pain. The food is worth it.

OMG, they are terrific! New owners, a mom and two daughters, are doing it RIGHT! One of my top five in the country and I have reviewed many. Aloy! Aloy! Everything we had was superb, including the service by co-owner Linda. The Tom Kha soup, the Larb Gai, the Nam Sod, the Scorpion Roll, all fantastic, see photos. The menu is huge, the ingredients fresh, and all dishes were perfectly presented and cooked: we both had Two Friends Panang, and the many shrimp were perfect, not overcooked as often happens, shows the care and excellence they achieve; we took a Prig King home too, fantastic! They have Singha for you too. Don't think you can go wrong here, folks!Parking: Small place, shares a small lot with others, but plenty of parking around the cornerWheelchair accessibility: Standard, but N/A to me so honestly didn't pay attention
