I ordered Bourbon chicken meal… She put the chicken in the microwave for 3 min then pass it to the pan mix up for 10 seconds and then put it on my plate thats not good I got the video

Let me start by saying I am not from Tampa. This is my second time ordering there lunch special (2) at a time, each time the food was dry, taste old. Wouldn't recommend if you are a visitor here the customer and is horrible she takes your order with an attitude slams your card or cash like she doesn't want to touch a black hand today was the last time I go there

Chen Gardens the food is great especially the chicken fried rice and the spring rolls as well as the crab ragoon. The atmosphere is peaceful and quite. The service is great and the food is always fresh and ready on time.

I AM AGHAST. I ORDERED AHEAD ON SATURDAY 3pm. I CAME TO PICK UP MY FOOD AND THEY WERE CLSOED WHILE THERE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN WHO WAS INSIDE SAW ME AND HID FROM ME THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT GIVE ME MY FOOD. i knocked and knocked called and called and they didnt even answer or just tell me, hey were closed heres your money back. THE CLOSED SIGN WAS A HANDWRITTEN NOTE THAT SAID CLOSED YET I COULD SEE THE MAN INSIDE. All I wanted was acknowledgment and my money back. I never seen somethinglike this. FREAKING TERRIBLE PLACE. and ive ordered few times.

I would just say the food wasn’t good. The lady was nice so I’m going to state my experience. The food was nasty in my opinion. The chicken looked funny. The egg roll was so nasty. The rice was just okay. I got the chicken w/ garlic sauce on the lunch menu. Honestly I wouldn’t go back. The service was great. The atmosphere was great but the food is a no go for me honestly.
