If you want to try Chicago food without having to travel to Chicago. Go here. I ordered a medium Italian beef, EXCELLENT. IT DIDN'T STAND A CHANCE. I I couldn't wait to eat it so I didn't get any pictures. I ordered also a Chicago dog again out of this world. The owner's name is Paul, he's a great human being I go there maybe once or twice a year and he always remembers me and calls me by name. It is well worth the drive even if you live in St Petersburg to come up here and get an Italian beef.

Not sure I can say much that has not already been said. The building is not much to look as a matter of fact I drove around two times before I even found it. It is essentially in the parking lot of a gas station. it is completely to go and there is no seating outside. Don’t be in a hurry because it does take time for your order, but you will be so happy that you waited not only is the food delicious the guy running it is a pleasure to talk to I had the Italian beef spicy, but it wasn’t overly spicy. It’s only open for a few hours a day so you have to get there early and when it opens, there will be a line. I can hardly wait to go to try the other items.

Finally sausage that tastes just like in Chicago,sauce and cheese excellent.Would have given them five stars but they were a little stingy on the black olives and pepperoni and mushrooms but adequate on the amount of sausage. I would definitely eat here again as it is definitely a taste of home. Paying extra for an ingredient it should not be on small portions of pizza it should be on whole pizza.

Our 3 year old stopped by for lunch today. The selling point was Vienna and the word “Chicago” in the title. This was a solid experience!
Paulie is genuine Chicagoan from the Southside. I did question if the buns were S Rosen, if the Relish is Vienna and who was the supplier for their beef (never got that answer).
We did 2 Hot Dogs for each of us (mine was everything and our Toddler just did Dogs with a Pickle) and some chips. They were solid through and through. Would I have preferred the dogs wrapped in wax paper? Sure but still all was good and Paulie is beyond friendly, Chicago style of course!
I would’ve preferred my bun steamed but like I said, this place is soooooo close to a Chicago style Dog. Next time I’ll do a beef with Giardiniera peppers.

Holly was amazing! He took his time to explain things to me and it was my first time there. I saw a ad for him online and I couldn't wait to try the Italian beef sandwich and the Chicago dog and they did not disappoint. It was so much better than I expected and I was expecting a lot.
