Waited for over 25 minutes for a kiosk order. Finally got the food and half of it was missing. It was a moderately large order for 4 people and only 2 got what they actually ordered. Received attitude and disrespect for asking where the rest of our food was. Unacceptable.

Came here all the time when I was in college and it wasn’t the best chickfila but if you were craving it then it ticked the box. It’s convenient to have it located to grab and go in between classes. The fries were nothing like other locations so I would skip those

Even as a student, basically impossible to get food at the time it says. Don’t bother ordering chicken nuggets, they’re never ready or even made, and then the procrastination and lack of professionalism/effort shows.

Asked for the pepsi syrup needed to be refilled and waited for over twenty minutes to have it refilled and asked politely to have someone refilled just to be told that it would be refilled but not right now as they laughed have better customer service or have better employees

Fantastic, as always, and expected. Only thing I would change is to offer a small discount to military retirees.
Parking: Parking is bad, but by no fault of Chic-fil-A. It is always so crowded at every store we’ve been to. They handle it to the best of their ability. Plenty of employees even outside taking orders. It’s hard to preform as well as they do with serving max crowds. Love your employees attitudes. By far the best!!
