I have ordered from this exact restaurant multiple times. The past THREE times I have ordered, I have had problems with my order.
The first time I sent my husband to pick it up, and they did not give him the peppermint milkshake. Called the store and they put a “free” one on my app (it’s not technically free because I did pay for it). The second time I was in the drive thru and was told to pull forward and wait for my order and they would bring it to me. Waited 15 minutes and ended up going inside (luckily someone I know happened to be working, Addy) she helped me get my food. I was told they put it in pick up .. I feel like I was targeted though because they gave me the wrong size drink and I spoke up … finally this last time, tonight. I ordered Uber eats … and AGAIN my milkshake was not with my order. I immediately went to my app and got a refund. I’m not sure what is happening with this particular establishment but I am so disappointed with the service. Why would you put it for someone to grab if it’s incomplete? Do better chick fil a.

Visited this location was working in the Area, ordered 4 CT Nugget meal my strips where not freshly cooked out of oil they were not hot. Tasted like they had been sitting there under light.

Great location. Happy they put double drive thru lines because that was absolutely needed. Often visit this location and maybe ever had my order wrong once! Absolutely recommend this location.
