Kevin is the best cashier he was quick on his toes and Joedii was very welcoming and helpful!
This location is very busy on the corner of Dale Mabry and Columbus, yet somehow they have a gift to get you in and out quickly and with quality service. I've purchased individual breakfast for myself and at other times I've purchased breakfast for my team. Each time I get in and out quickly and have never had issues with my orders. Everything is just as you'd want it to be - hot and tasty!

The manager Yvette & Team Member Alex both are my regulars and have always been friendly and welcoming to me. I visit this location regularly as I work close, great people and great food 👍
The new exit is terrible and the new two lanes is Great but I waited 10 minutes with my food but the car in front of me there was delay and could not exit then it took me 15 minutes to exit parking lot the new exit is only to Dale Mabry
kevin o was such a sweet boy, he was quick and knew how to interact with the customer. Best chick-fil-a i’ve been to so far!!!
This location treats their employees horribly. They take away their meals and breaks on a whim and force employees to pay $2 for WATER. Management needs to check themselves and come back from that power trip
This place went downnnnhillll bad. Idk if its the people or what…but ive seen alot less white workers and the service has gone down two fold. Call it what it is, but its the truth.
Just wanted to stop by and say that the customer service was great. Dorian, who took my order, made my day, as well as Yvette who handed me my order. You guys are doing a great job!
Every time we go to this chickfila (which is a lot), Kaleb is almost always there and has the best personality and service. He deserves a raise!!

This is a fantastic location! The staff was polite and attentive. Our order was correct and fresh. They sang Happy Birthday while waving a cow bell and brought out a basket of mints for everyone to take one. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Top tier
Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. Rude staff specifically Yvette. Didn’t even feel like I was at the normal Chick-fil-A that prioritizes their customer experience. Worth the drive to any other location but this one.
Why am I waiting 10 minutes for my breakfast kinda crazy to me
They always mess up orders, again tonight Uber delivered my order missing 2 items. Don't go to the store.... order from the one on South Dale Mabry
my order got messed up and they didn’t even put a sticker on the bag so my friend threw it out, we called back and they said oh it’s fine with no receipt and to just pull up- it was a man speaking. then we pull up and wait in this long line just for some young teen to turn us away after we called, after we waited, after we explained several times what happened. even made us come inside and still won’t do anything about it!! they are really out here hiring anybody now.
