I order a cookiees and cream milkshake today on 12/14/2024 at 3:27 pm. As of coming home I found someone's blonde hair I'm my shake. That is unacceptable.

To much salt on the French fry chicken sandwich was to messy and was thrown together, and the chicken was to small

The manager and employees were very rude with how they took my order because I asked for "just a moment" to see the menu as I just walked up and proceeded to rudely gossip with other employees after I finished my order.

I had the pimento chicken sandwich, and it was surprisingly great. The flavors melted extremely well together.

We were round tripping to Tampa (PIE) and The Port for my adult kids. They don’t have Chick-fil-A in their area. It was their request to eat there twice while on vacation. It’s all about the chicken! We all had Spicy 🌶️. But, you do need to think about the sauces.
Although without the grandkids, we all noticed how clean this place was. Also, everyone else had kids to play in the playground. And, they were good, well behaved kids.
We did choose to go back again. It was the nicest fast food we’ve enjoyed in a long time.

Parking: You have to follow the signs.

Kid-friendliness: The kid friendly playground was a blast from the past. But, all the kids seemed so well behaved. It was a great place to take kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: As in all U.S. facilities, the wheelchair accessibility was awesome.

I Am regular in this restaurant for more than 10 years .
Stop by today rush time I guess 😒2:44 pm and ask for fries and other stuff .
Fries were HORRIBLE, served from a heat chute nasty cold .
Walk to the counter to ask for fresh ones and get me another ones , even colder .
Quality is a Must !

Great location, Jeremiah Fallon was extremely nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure myself and family were very happy with our meals. He was very nice to my son. I highly recommend this location, especially with employees like Jeremiah.

You guys better do something about the smell in this place, we dine in yesterday and the smell of this place was not good at all.

Who has the audacity to order a large breakfast at 10:23am thru the app? We did. Upon two tires and burnt rubber we made it to the drive thru line at 10:29:53 to say we were here to claim our order. And they said, "We got you." They accommodated our order, no problem and said have a great day. And the food was fresh and hot. I'm sure it happens often, but this family appreciates you!

Tl;Dr - don't order at the last moment. But if you do, they got you. Well done, Monday morning team!
