Chick-fil-A New Tampa @I-75

The manager on duty 1/27/26 at 10am was awful, extremely rude extremely dismissive does not care about the restaurant or how anybody feels. Looked at me like I was ghost when asking questions. I have been going here for years and never had an experience so awful . Other guest here were also complaining I could over hear about her awful attitude. I really hope this issue gets addressed it was very very awful.

Service has gone down hill over the years, and has been very slow lately.

Great experience at this Chick-fil-A location.
The staff is very friendly, polite, and professional, even during busy hours.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly, and the place was clean and well-organized.

Service was smooth, and they handled orders efficiently. You can really feel that customer service is a priority here.

Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A locations. I’ll be coming back again.

Placed a mobile order Drive thru can get very busy at night and parking is limited in parking lot

I got Uber Eats delivery so I expected it to be cold ish but it was ice cold and I know that’s not your fault but my chicken sandwich was also pink inside and rubbery definitely not cooked all the way threw it out. Hope I don’t get sick.

Typical Chick-fil-A ok food and Service. If you are a Chick-fil-A fan I’m sure you’ll like this if you’re not, you won’t. A small amount of available parking but plan on this being a drive-through. Typical crowds at lunchtime and dinner time. Don’t park at the Walgreens next door because your car may be towed due to the people continually doing this.
