I ate lunch at the location on Fowler across from Winn-Dixie. I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A for lunch today. We ate in and we were greeted by several employees upon entering. The restaurant was very clean and smelled good. Our food was hot, fresh and was brought to it our table by an employee shortly after we ordered. Our drinks were refilled by an employee walking around ensuring the restaurant stayed cleaned, customers were happy and received anything needed. I would definitely be back soon as well as recommend that restaurant to any and everyone.

I was in line for 22 mins! NOT FAST FOOD! Terrible!
Worst drive thru experience I’ve had at any locations. Waited almost 20 min to get to window after ordering. Then another 5+ on the side to wait for a simple order of 2 burrito meals. One of them with OJ which after we left we realized it wasn’t handed to us. I guess we should have known better since as we were at the pick up window a pregnant woman walked over to ask for something on her order they forgot. Not going to this location again. The young man who took my order in the car line was pleasant & helpful. The girl who is working the food delivery window was sloppy, slow, and inattentive. She forgot to give a large drink to the car in front of me & the had to back up to ask for it. Her attitude was not helpful in the slightest. I discovered after I had left that I did not receive the honeymustard sauce the young man said would be on the side or a straw for my slushie lemonade.

This location has horrible customer service, I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets just to get home and only have salad no nuggets. Go back to the location and try to address the issue only to be told we will give you a 8 count nugget piece. The manager did not own up to the mistake just provided nuggets and stated have a nice day!!! Never experienced horrible service from no other location. Avoid going to this location!!
