The mobile order drive thru sounded good in concept but you are actually in the same line as the regular drive thru for about half of the distance … I would have saved at least 5 mins by simply parking and walking in to pick up my mobile order and I regretted getting in the mobile drive thru line

This Chick Fil A is right off of the USF campus. The store was very clean and a worker was constantly cleaning up after everyone. That worker also asked if we needed anything or if we wanted refunds.
Ordered the 4 strip meal, came out fairly quickly. The food was hot and to their high standards. The lemonade was also mixed well. Nice and quiet even though it was crowded at times. Maybe because there is no play place inside.

I am a loyal chick-fil-a person and have never been disappointed until today. I ordered a milkshake, salad and sandwich. After pulling away, I opened my food to find a chicken patty instead of a chicken sandwich, additionally I did not receive a straw for my milkshake. I also asked for some polynesian sauce and did not receive any. I hope who ever is packaging the orders, starts double checking the orders to make sure this does not happen again.

Didn’t receive a fork after i went threw drive threw i asked if they could run inside and get it for me one. They told me to go inside but i refused being that i went in a drive thru if i wanted to go inside to start i would have just went inside. An employee gave me the name of a shift manager (Jeremey) that was very aggressive and threatening telling me to go inside and get the fork and that they wouldn’t bring it out after he just walked outside and he could have brought the fork then. Very unprofessional and not what chick fil a usually stands for . Jeremy is an ego driven poor excuse for an employee i don’t see how he could lead any shift acting like that. Chances are if Jeremy stepped one step closer to my car i would have knocked him out.

What’s the point of opening at 6:30 if you’re not ready to even take orders at 6:30? I left the drive through at 6:35 and the menu screens weren’t even turned on. I was one of 4 cars in the drive through. This is the last time I’m coming to this location since this isn’t the first time the drive through wasn’t ready or took FOREVER…
