I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out after leaving that I wasn’t given a receipt and my salad came with no fork. I had to drive all the way back, and when I did, the staff brushed it off like it was no big deal. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service, but this visit completely missed the mark.

This place has become one of my favorite places in a few minutes because it’s so nice in here and the guy Alex who attended us was so nice and polite. It was the best treat I got in a long time. He has so much potential. It’s amazing how a fast food spot can become such a better place to visit than a fancy restaurant. I truly recommend this place to have a good meal with your loved ones. Also I love the milkshakes here, they are so good.

Worst chick fil an experience I’ve ever had by far.
This location was top notch! The entire staff including the manager were the most polite group I have ever experienced in any fast food restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and brought to our table. This is the way its done...great job!

I was very impressed with this chick fil a! I had my first mishap with a delivery ordered being placed at the wrong door and I called the store. I was met with respect, understanding and an immediate resolution to replace the meal! Excellent customer service!
