You all really take the time to park cars sideways to block the parking lot, that isn’t even in the parking lot of the restaurant on Sunday when closed and not used? 😂 super petty. It’s always the righteous who are the most inconsiderate.

I love this newer location! My grandson's love coming here so they can push that big red button and see the train go all around the restaurant! Everyone here is so friendly! Customer service is really important to me and that alone will make or break any experience for me. This location never disappoints! Great job!! My most favorite menu item right now is the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich!! OMG IS THIS THING DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! Messy but SO worth it! I was stoked to see it has returned for the season!!
I have NEVER been to a Chic-fil-A and not received more than exemplary service. The service at the location is very hit or miss. My review is strictly on the service I received.
Dine In: * Order wrong and items missing * Young lady at the front counter seemed very uninterested, bothered, rushing and not listening. * The young man who changed out my order brought me scraps of grilled nuggets.
This is not the first time receiving poor service (at this location), but yesterday was disappointing. Before I knew my order was wrong I walked away saying, “she acts like she doesn’t want to be here”.
Not a big deal, but should definitely be addressed.

Ordered catering for takeout. Food was hot and ready. Chicken was still hot and crispy when I arrived back to the office. Salad was cool and everyone enjoyed.

Only two employees working my food was seated at the table for about 11 minutes then the mini hash browns were all burnt and when returned server said they was all burnt like that. Used to go to Stadium and change to come here but is getting worse and worse. Visit 8/31/24 at 9:18 AM. Decided not to have any hash browns he offered me a fruit salad but I denied.
