Just ordered online and they missed the 2nd 8piece nugget but charged me for it
I ordered the new chicken sandwich as a meal with a large free and frozen coffee and 8 piece nugget meal and an additional 8 piece nugget and they aren't in the bag.
And of course I'm at work now so can't go back.
Total was 33.25

Hilariously priced , and serve the smallest sándwiches I’ve seen from a Chick-fil-A. And yes I get it you are priced on par with other venues and parks. But you all don’t take the opportunity to offer any more value, meals nor allow the vouchers to be used.

Everyone had good customer service except for Seth. I get it , it is a busy atmosphere but all the other works had a smile and were very understanding. As we were getting our order taken he had a very negative attitude towards us and keep shaking his head because he was upset about our order. He has terrible customer service. Maybe he should stick to cleaning dishes!

I am attending Chikfila near Kumba in Busch gardens with my family and as we enter this Chikfila we received horrible service from the get go . The attitude towards us because we were asking questions about a double down discount was ridiculous . Understandable we couldn’t use the discount but that’s why I asked and the attitude given towards us was just obscured. You can tell these people hate their job . IN A THEME PARK is ridiculous. Also was told to wait outside and “we’ll find you if you have a receipt”. So Doing as told we go outside they called our name and gave us the wrong food and walked away.So as we asked for my food and explained what happened they cut me off with and attitude yet again and said “ so what are you even missing” . RIDICULOUS . If you guys don’t care who you hire then disregard this comment but if you do I recommend letting a lot of these people go . I was here at 6:20 pm on march 15 2024 . The people who attended us were karambe and Brandon.

This is the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. They had 5 order takers and the baggers were extremely slow even with 3. I asked the manager a question about their operator and they did not even know their operators name. This goes to show that the operator is not very present with the store and is probably unaware of the inefficiencies. Their screens were in all reds consistently. If I were to make some simple changes, everything would flow a lot smoother. There is no reason for front of house to move so slow when Back of House did not even hold once. I understand that this is an amusement park and they abide by different rules but prices are outrageous, service was slow, and this Chick Fil A is an embarrassment.
I did the math and everything was exactly double the normal price. Food and service was great. Had to wait in line 10 minutes and 10 minutes for food. Sauces were free.There was plenty of
