The fries and burger were so salty I felt sick. The fries are not proper fries, they are lattice potatoe slices. No flavour on anything, cold with excessive salt, salt and more salt! Absolutely disgusting !

It took about 10 to 12 minutes to just get a basic sandwich after ordering.

Better check your order…. Even if they tell you it is correct! Got one of 6 sandwiches right and realized they left 2 sandwiches out of the order after we already were in the air…. Shame on Chic Fil A employee for telling me everything was in the bag and correct :(

So the store havent close, i request ice cream and they said they dont have, request lemonade, they dont have, the actual perks of have experience works on CFA before tell you the real facts.

Ordered 12 piece, chicken nugget nine piece Ask for ketchup didn’t get that either and was running into my plane so didn’t have time to check my order nor should I think I have to nine pieces a lot different than 12

Ordered combo meal #2 spicy chicken deluxe and I got chicken nuggets and fries. Thus was at Chick-fil-A #6126 Paradies Lagardere Tampa airport. Came to my hotel in clear water is when I realized what was in the bag.

To far to go back for $14 food. So be careful with Chick-fil-A.

Everytime I come here the fries and nuggets are always cold. At night there's not enough cashiers and seems like everyone plays around alot instead of caring for customers. Today I got grilled chicken the bread was soggy and fell apart come on get it together

We showed up at 8pm and get turned away because their about to close soon and have no food

They charged you more give you less food. Make it make since. Then try to accused you for your order not been right when they took the order and you paid for it. So make sure you always get your receipt so you could have your proof of what you was charged for.

This franchisor does not accept the chick fil A mobile app and they will not accommodate religious requirements. I did not want bacon and my salad and they refused.
