Ms. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with the most lovely smile and apologized for the wait, I was only in line not even 2 mins lol, but that made it even more special. In that few minutes interaction I felt she is a truly beautiful person inside and out. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because it’s rare to get that customer service now.

I placed an order on their app. They couldnt find it on their end. Then made the order wrong. Then said I would need to come back in in person to get a partial refund. Huge waste of time 40 plus minutes waiting at a chick fil a. never had service so useless at a chick fil a so I suppose good for you outdoing yourselves in that way. Wouldn't go back to this location!!

If you told me the North Dale Mabry/Stadium location owners purchased this location about 6 months ago, I’d believe it (because it’s prob the worst ran CFA I’ve ever visited). Something has changed and the service and speed has dramatically went down at this location.

I stopped here to get food and drinks. We wanted strawberries only in the fruit cup because my daughter was allergic to the other. We ordered $40 worth so you would have thought they could have accommodated. Other Chickfilas usually accommodate the request.
