The manager that I assume is running the store was up all in the employees not in a nice way I could see they was stressed because of her even looking at them they assumed she would say something rude to them as I was eating, the manager followed around looking for the employees even on break and Interrupted their break time, I understand if employees are messing up with their break times but let them eat first then talk to them afterwards.

Eriel is always so kind! It doesn’t matter what time of day, she is smiling and happy to take care of your customers! I don’t know who needs to hear this but good employees like her should definitely be recognized and rewarded! Remember it’s the food that brings the customers, and it’s your employees that keep them. She deserves a huge raise, promotion and definitely recognition! She greets me by my name always, her positive attitude is a great way to start the work day!

Drive thru ordered chicken tenders 4 piece french fry lemonade. $ 15.00 i was asked to pull up wait. hmm after 10 minutes i got out of my car walked inside and my food was sitting on the counter. i was just about to run it out to you employee said. liar.!!!!!!!! service sucks won’t ever eat here. Customer service at these restaurants are gone down hill and it cause all the delivery drivers coming in to
get to go orders. Might as well close down your drive thru

Waited in a long line. Still had to pull up and wait for my order only for it to be completely wrong. Couldn't go back because I was headed to work. It was just supposed to be chicken and egg white. It's not rocket science. AND IT WAS COLD!! 2/3/2025

I ordered the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich but apparently received only the regular grilled chicken. My order taker made the mistake and also gave us one ice tea instead of two sodas.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free bun is offered, if they remember. This location is not the best example of Chick F Lay.

Had to wait 10 min to order . 1 register open , 4 employees walking around eating food . Only one person in front of me , after placing order and waiting another 10 min i had to request my order , otherwise it would just sit there. WAKE UP

CHICK-FIL-WAIT A LONG TIME. IT'S 6:30 a.m. and I pre-ordered and paid. Twenty minutes later I pull up in the drive thru and then they start the order and I waited another 15 minutes for my "PRE-PAID AND PRE-ORDERED" food, 15 sandwiches. I thought I took the time to order and pay so I wouldn't have to wait and of course when I mentioned it I got a stupid answer and a dumb look. Good luck if you order from here. YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR $.50 WORTH OF CHICKEN YOU JUST PAID $6.00 FOR.

The people that take the orders are definitely the opposite of fast because I asked for the number seven with sausage for some reason they made it a special request and just put a sausage biscuit in my bag instead of the sausage egg and cheese that I requested. If they need to separate the sausage or the bacon egg and cheese and they should do that make it a 7A or a 7B if they can understand when I order the seven and I say sausage I'm talking about sausage instead of bacon as they have those both under number seven I've never had this problem anywhere else so I can only assume it's because they are slow in the head. Other than that service was good but geez Louise
