Today SHAYLEE offered me very friendly yet quick service when I ordered a high maintenance version of the namesake Sunjoy® tea. I asked for unsweet tea instead of sweet tea and diet lemonade instead of regular lemonade. No problem. And it goes great with the crispy on the outside steamy on the inside French fries. 🍟 Here at the food court, the background music is soft but not necessary. Lots of chatter at lunchtime yet we can still converse I chose to sit indoors at the seating shared by all 11 or more food venues here. I chose a high top with charge ports and they have indoor accessible tables and lounge setups. Outdoor covered dining areas are accessible tables with lounger chairs Accessible mens and women's restrooms and family restroom are next to this food court. Free parking, inc van accessible in mall parking lot.

Always consistent with food items and friendly service. Even in an airport! CFA has the most polite staff of any fast food restaurant which is something I truly appreciate.

Love Chic Fil A and their food when we go there to pick it up but EVERY TIME we order it for delivery they either forget a part of the meal or the entire meal on at least one persons food. This is usually only for 4-5 people. I'm not sure how they can be so accurate on their drive through but in reading other online reviews it appears this location leaves a lot to be desired for accuracy in what you pay for. They fail miserably with their delivery services. This is now the EIGHTH order in a ROW they forgot something that was a big part of someone's lunch. Was actually the full meal they forgot this time. I hope someone sees this and takes note to effectuate change. We're at the point of not ordering from this location anymore and refuse to place orders for the whole office (30 people) for this reason alone. It's beyond frustrating.

Eric and his fellow crew provided great service and tasty food today. He greeted us with a smile, made sure our order was accurate before placing it and it was only $20 for 2 adult meals. Can’t beat that!
