Two different occasions and they both look like they dont want to be there, VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD, blunt answers! NEEDS WORK

Got to the airport a wee bit early, ended up grabbing some lunch at the Chick-fil-A. Right out the gate, service speed was impressive. The sandwich and fries were hot and fresh. This airport location is punching way above its weight. It didn't disappoint. Keep up the good work Chick-Fil-A Tampa airport, we really appreciate everything you do!

Breakfast this morning was at the Chick‑Fil‑A in the Main Terminal, groundside, the one front and center in the main lobby where anyone can walk up without a boarding pass, which makes it a surprisingly easy stop whether you're flying or waiting to meet inbound travelers.
Just after I ordered, Delta chimed in with the news that I'd be enjoying an extra two hours here, which was not exactly the early morning gift I was hoping for.
I went with the spicy chicken biscuit combo, a small coffee, and a small box of hash browns, and the whole thing came out incredibly fast. It wasn't even four minutes from the moment I wrapped up my kiosk order until my number was called, and I really do love ordering on the kiosk because it keeps the whole process smooth and predictable. I grabbed a couple of creamers and found a quiet seat tucked behind the restaurant where there's a clear view of the ramp and plenty of power outlets, a little pocket of calm that works well when you're trying to settle in and make the best of an unexpected delay.
Just don't lose track of time back there because you still have to catch the shuttle train to your terminal and then enjoy your morning massage from the TSA, and that part of the journey always takes longer than you think.

I was at the airport yesterday picking someone up and had a little bit of a wait so I decided to have lunch. Everything from the customer services to quickness in receiving my order; and my order was correct on top of everything. 😃Excellent Service Across The Board.

Cashier inaccurately took my order Gabriella P- I ordered #2 Spicy deluxe meal. I immediately advised I had the wrong sandwich - Receipts are within 3 mins of being printed.
Gabriella Charged me for a 2nd sandwich to correct the mistake. Better off using the self checkout. Super Wild.

It was good for the breakfast selection
They were supposed to open 15 minutes ago. There is long line waiting. I asked multiple times “was there a reason why they haven’t opened on time?” All of the employees ignored me and I asked multiple times. Then one person eventually said something back to me and said “well they aren’t ready” . They have been there for a while because I asked what time they open 30 minutes ago. The guy in the back asked his boss if he should start taking orders and she told him no. Everything should have been prepared prior since they were there for at least 30 minutes. The employees working the shift were Emyrna , Julian , Elvia.
