Unfortunately, we did not have good food through the drive through, again!! We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich only. Both sandwiches had hard buns, top and bottom and the chicken was not fresh. This has happened twice in a row to us. I use to love Chick-fil-A, but this location has changed. Also, the young lady taking our orders had a technical problem and several cars had to order at the window. Where was a helper for her??? I felt bad for her!! Finally, someone replaced her. These young folks have to much technical equipment to handle, I believe. They have to hold 2 items in their hand!! And they are all nice, young folks standing outside.Also, we never, ever get extra pickes!!!! Thanks for listening.

3 of the 4 fries were hot, 4th was cold
One of the staff was wearing a pair of Booty Shorts not the normal pants
On top of all that another patron saw fit to bring in their pet dog, which sat on their lap with its head on the table. Several staff members walked past them and nothing was said
As far as Chick Fil A locations go, this was by far the worst I've ever seen

I am a tourist from Germany and was very well treated! The what appears to be the manager in the blue shirt is genuinely a very kind person who cares for guests needs! I am very impressed about the friendliness of the staff as this is not the case in Germany . Keep up the good work and I will definitely come back to a chick fil a location

Got food poisoning here last night. I have experienced it once before in the last 50 years from a Chinese restaurant, and this time around it was not as bad as the first time, so there is that, if trying to look at this in a positive manner… It is likely that Chick-fil-A does not need suggestions in addressing this issue, as they are a well-run and experienced company. But, since I am between porcelain god bouts, it will make me feel better to suggest they look at their chicken supply line, employee cleanliness, and surface sanitization.

They were nice, they gave us a free Muffin and a Spicy Biscuit because they forgot to give us a pack of chicken mini’s! They were very sweet and treated us amazing!!!

I placed an order through the app, redeemed 2 rewards and waited 2 hours before it was canceled in the app. They charged my card and we had no food after waiting 2 hours. When I called the store they told me that something happened with their new system and I would get refunded in 5-7 business days. Horrible. And what about my rewards and the points? They’re gone too.
My family and I have been going to this particular Chick-fil-A for almost 10 years. It’s sad to see the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. The spicy chicken biscuit had barely any chicken and the hash browns were cold. As you can see from the receipt, $29.72 is what I paid for 7 items. Roughly $4.25 an item.

Took 30 minutes to get lunch. Finished our drinks before lunch even came, and restaurant does not offer free refills. Restaurant tables were dirty. Ordered chicken club but no bacon on sandwich. Chicken nuggets are miniscule. Honey mustard sauce has little mustard flavor in it. Waffle fries undercooked.
