Unfortunately, we did not have good food through the drive through, again!! We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich only. Both sandwiches had hard buns, top and bottom and the chicken was not fresh. This has happened twice in a row to us. I use to love Chick-fil-A, but this location has changed. Also, the young lady taking our orders had a technical problem and several cars had to order at the window. Where was a helper for her??? I felt bad for her!! Finally, someone replaced her....
I am a tourist from Germany and was very well treated! The what appears to be the manager in the blue shirt is genuinely a very kind person who cares for guests needs! I am very impressed about the friendliness of the staff as this is not the case in Germany . Keep up the good work and I will definitely come back to a chick fil a location
My family and I have been going to this particular Chick-fil-A for almost 10 years. It’s sad to see the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. The spicy chicken biscuit had barely any chicken and the hash browns were cold. As you can see from the receipt, $29.72 is what I paid for 7 items. Roughly $4.25 an item.
