We received not one, not two, but THREE drinks with open lids. We didn’t realize this was the case until we turned out of the parking lot and all of them spilled cold sticky liquid down my leg and into my center console. After this was cleaned up, one would think that I would’ve doublechecked the chicken mini 10 piece had a lid that was fastened. Nope. 10 chicken minis down the same leg and all over the freshly cleaned floorboard of my car. Thanks a lot chic fil a. Maybe just take 5 seconds next time to check that literally anything is closed.

The service has gone way downhill since they got a new crew. You're either going to leave with stuff missing, the wrong order, or just a poor interaction, or sit and wait a long time for your meal. I used to love this specific chick fil a, but it's definitely not worth the money now.

It was amazing! The Christmas lights were off the charts! The food was great, I’m speechless.
After took my order, they move me to the yellow line and wait there over 20 minutes for my order then they forget the drinks, so waited another 10 minutes. If you have time to waste this is the place.

Parked and waited again. Over a chicken sandwich. I took a 4month break last time because I had to eventually leave my car and go in to get my food. Looking like a similar experience again. Used to eat here regularly but the service has definitely become worse.

Moved across the street from this location about 3 years ago & since would go about 2-3 times a days, on average spending around $300 a month here. Employees had always been decent, up until about 2 months ago when they hired a new group of extremely rude members. Despite my Constant attempts to be pleasant and kind during every transaction, the new employees would constantly make fun of myself to my face & treated me extremely rudely due to my disability and how often I would come here. Extremely upsetting that their management team and the owner would allow this kind of behavior & did nothing when it was brought to their attention. When I brought my experiences to the attention to a manager I was told “oh if I was you I’d just never come back here again!” & when calling in my complaint on how I was treated to corporate the owner just sent me an e-mail for a free cookie, pretty dismissive and insulting…
As a “Christian” company, this type of behavior and treatment to your customers should be discourage & corrected, not celebrated as it appears to be at this location.

Stopped into Chick fil A for a chicken sandwich today with my second cousin. He loves the chick fil a sauce and the spicy chicken sandwiches.
The staff was amazing as per the usual, and it was still decked out in the holiday spirit.
The inside has a play place for the kids and a lot of space.
