I went to get an ice cream cone and it was honestly disappointing. It was barely even a cone, there was almost no ice cream on it. You guys really need to teach your team members how to make an ice cream cone because paying two dollars for that is crazy. Even McDonald’s does a better job. Hope this gets fixed because customers deserve better.

Getting sloppy. Chick-fil-A everywhere has always ser the standard for drive-thru speed and accuracy. Twice now in the last month, they've missed something from my order. A little more focus on accuracy, please. Otherwise the place is phenomenal.

Just waited in the drive thru for 15 mins then they had me pull in the parking lot, and they totally forgot I was there. 20 cars left the drive-thru as I waited for my food. Finally had to ask for a manager to get my food, but had to wait for him to track it down.

Placed a simple order for an egg white grilled burrito and got a burrito with a piece of sausage and a sprinkle of cheese. The best part was they pulled me to the front of the drive through and made me wait an extra 10 minutes for this embarrassment of a burrito. Picture below because if not you wouldn’t believe it.
