I put in an online order at 10:15 for breakfast, i arrived at 10:30 and my breakfast order was cancelled and never picked up. Despite breakfast ending at 10:30 and NOT AT 10:15 when there was no cars in the drive through and only one person inside. Couldn’t even try the food so a 1/5.

Had the worst chicken I've ever had. Never had chick-fil-a before and this was my first time, truly disappointed. Maybe back then they had good chicken, but lately, the chicken tastes like it was frozen, and was purely almost burnt breading. Go somewhere else, not worth the price and wait.

The last 3 times I have been to this location they have messed up some part of the order and it is not a big order nor is it complicated. My son is autistic and very picky and twice it was his order that was messed and he refused to eat it. How do you mess up 12pc nugget or a vanilla milkshake, pretty basic. This location used to be great but something has definitely changed.
