Apparently the manager made up a policy that if good is delivered cold, you have to complain to the delivering company although the food came from chick fil a. How silly. I will be sure to check for the accuracy of this “policy” and make a formal complaint to corporate. Why partner with delivery companies if you can’t guarantee food quality. One medium French fry will not hurt the business.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. While checking my order at the drive-thru to ensure all items were included (a habit I’ve developed due to frequent past issues with missing items), I was met with poor customer service. The employee who handed me my food, a white male around 5'6", displayed a tone and demeanor that felt condescending and unprofessional. Despite previously directing me to wait in a designated spot while my order was prepared, he rudely insisted I move further forward while sarcastically commenting on my decision to inspect the bag.
Packing orders so tightly that it’s difficult to verify them quickly only adds to the frustration. Arriving home to not find food that you paid for is even worse. I value good customer service and expect a respectful experience when spending my hard-earned money. I hope this feedback helps improve service for others in the future and I hope this employee gets some serious coaching to learn how to provide good customer service.

This was a nice chick fila. It was very busy but fast service. We were staying at the VA hospital in the area and there is actually another one that’s a bit closer but this is where the gps sent us.

Stopped on the way home from work. Was craving a Chicken Sandwich. Ordered my sandwich. 2 people come and order more food then me get their sandwich. Nothing for me. Another family of 5 come they get their food still waiting for my measles sandwich. And they must of served at least 8 cars while I was waiting. Guess they serve you by how much food you get. Finally asked for a refund and left. Awful customer service Stick with the Bruce BDowns and Wesley Chapel store
The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.

Claims to be open until 10pm but at 9:15 the dining room was closed and it was drive through only. I’ve never had a chick fil a close their dining room early and it was too late to get to another one. They gave me a single mayo packet so I had to go back and ask for more. Then I go to eat my nuggets and it’s a 3 piece tender meal instead. At this point I just gave up and drove to somewhere I could park and eat that has an open restroom. By the time I was able to get to somewhere to eat my fries were soggy and inedible. Overall frustrating and just ridiculous that the dining room is closed early when your website says it’s open. I also don’t like the chicken tenders so that sucked.
