I stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for the first time today and was greeted by Ari, who was super friendly from the moment I walked in. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming, especially since I had never been there before.
Ari helped me choose my order, and I ended up getting the Olivia’s Old South chicken salad and it did not disappoint. The flavors were on point, and it definitely made me want to come back and try more.
Great service, great food, and Ari made my first visit a memorable one. I’ll definitely be back!

I've spent an enormous amount of money in this place and went to get cake. I requested fresh slices and was not given that. The cake was crumbly dry and certainly not fresh. I dont live on this side of town and was recently out of surgery. I was told I could come get a couple fresh slices from a location near my home. (Fowler) After heading towards that direction, I was denied the replacement. After spending all that money with them buying whole cakes and hundreds on food for the office, $10 and not doing the right thing for a LOYAL customer will be my reasoning for never returning. I hope the terrible experience and customer service was worth it.

I love CSC, but this is the 2nd time in a row they’ve forgotten to put one of my sides in the box. The chicken also has been lower quality lately… lots of those bits that we cut out of the chicken when we cook it ourselves. And the app doesn’t have the kids meals. Just thinking Panera may be getting more of my business.

One of my coworkers had a tea party where I tasted these for the first time and have been hooked ever since. I try to eat here at least once a month with either coworkers or my daughter. Everything is excellent, from the service to the food I highly recommend this place.
this is hands down the best chicken salad chick out of the four locations I’ve been too (Clearwater, Palm Harbor & Seminole) my go to is the Fancy Nancy and when I tell you Kennedy Location never disappoints! the way y'all actually take your time to cut up the apples into little diced pieces instead of apple chunks sold me instantly. The employees are always pleasant, always seem to get along with one another and seem to truly enjoy being there. I will drive 30 min to the Kennedy location any day of the week!

Now I travel full-time doing construction work. Working on a local project I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. How is iffy about a place that I thought only provided chicken salad. But now I see why that is the main course. Everything from the beautiful waitress to the excellent tasting food was very impressive.
Today, we went for the first time and couldn't be happier. The decor suggests a nice homey restaurant with everything well laid out. The service was surprisingly fast and the food was fresh and delicious. We were there mid afternoon on a Saturday and people never stopped coming coming in. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm, with customers of all ages (babies to seniors). It's about a mile from our home and we definitely will return!!

I’ve never felt so at home ordering lunch. From the moment I walked in, the woman running the place made me feel like family—an absolute sweetheart. It was like being a kid again, when your mom just knew what you wanted before you even said a word.
She suggested I try the new Spicy Hawaiian Croissant, and wow—what a great call. It was everything I didn’t know I was craving. The food was fantastic, but honestly, it’s the people that make this spot special.
Highly recommend this location. You can tell when you’re in good hands, and this is definitely one of those places.
