First of all when I came in there was so many people and a bunch of tvs. When I sat down I wanted to watch a game and they had the game w I wanted to watch there was automatically someone to help us and the food came out so quickly, and it was really really good. We asked for two drinks but they gave us double and we really appreciated that. I will definitely will be coming back here.

Very old. Everything looks dirty and run down. The food was ok. I mean, it's a Chili's. You're never going to get 5 star food. But the chips and salsa are good. Mozzarella sticks are huge! More like Mozzarella bricks. They're large rectangle shapes. Iced tea was good. Server was good too.

Waitress - Maddie (hope that's correct) did a great job serving us. Very kind and professional.
Food - Chicken crispers were very stringy in texture and chewy. Not what we expected. Hot honey sauce was separated but even after stirring it the consistency was still off. The sauce did not taste much like honey or have any heat to it. However, the Mac n Cheese was the highlight of this dish. Cheesy and nicely prepared. Triple Dipper mozzarella bites and burgers very salty. Dipping sauce tasted acidic. Again, not what we expected. Lots of carbs with both meals. Asked about swapping out a side for vegetables but the offering was limited to broccoli. 🤔 No thanks.
We shared our food experience with the waitress before completing the meal. She mentioned she could get a manager. We only asked that info be relayed to the Management and if they wanted to speak with us with regards to stop by the table before we left. We did not speak with a manager.
Price - expensive, more then it's worth.
Appearance - clean dining and restroom.
Over all - Chili's has out priced itself. Very expensive. The quality of the food is similar to fast food or food service grade. Convenience cooking seems to be very popular with chain restaurants.
Planning to return - No, and that means all Chili's locations.

We LOVE this Chilis. The food is always hot and fresh—I love how multiple people help run our food to us so it comes out fast. The food is DELICIOUS, restaurant clean, and servers like Natalie sooo friendly!!! That’s why we come here regularly!

Came here because brick house down the street failed at every opportunity. After 40 minutes without acknowling me at my table I left and came to chillis and my server was as good as they get. I'll make the right choice first next time.

I just wanna start off by saying my waitress Heather was absolutely phenomenal. We love her and will probably request her when & if we go back . However this was mine and my families first time at chilis. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time but I just hate trying new places but my bestfriend convinced me to go anyway . So we go order I get my food & as soon as I I am about to eat I look down and there is a big hair hanging off my burger. I will attach images. Now I don’t go out to eat very often. I do not work in the food industry either, but I feel like When you find a hair in your food, your meal should be compensated for And that is not what happened here . They took the food back, told me that they removed my meal from my order and then when I got my receipt, it showed that I had two orders Of that item and one of them was compensated for, but I still had to pay for the other one. Now to me, that’s not right I found a big hair in my food my first time going to this place and instead of them, taking it off my order Completely they charged me twice and compensated one so I still had to pay for the other one. So when we spoke to the manager, he said that that’s not right my waitress shouldn’t have even did that damaged food that get sent back is only supposed to get a 50% off discount. . The atmosphere the food,( the second time ) my waitress , Everything was great. But I don’t feel like I should’ve had to pay for that meal at all.
