I love Chilli's food, but this one was very disappointing. We ordered online, had to go inside of the restaurant because curbside never showed up, and once we were at home, I found out that my chicken salad was missing the chicken. The rest of the food was cold

Chili's is just so consistent. This is not gourmet dining, but that shouldn't be what you expect coming to Chili's. If you're looking to fill up for a reasonable price, preferably with something fried this is the place for you. Service was quick and friendly. The Diet Coke was delicious and I was even able to get a refill in a to go cup. I had the triple dipper so I could have multiple appetizers for lunch, it was very filling. The southwestern egg rolls will forever be my favorite here.

The restaurant itself is filthy! The food and service is good, but what does that matter when you are eating in a dirty place? They need someone who is dedicated to cleaning the place. If that is what the customers see, what is it like in the kitchen where you can't see??

For those wanting to just stop by and pick up a meal that you called in I suggest you don’t. Because right now I’m going on three out of three bad experiences. They just can’t get it right either the can’t read the ticket or the person putting the order into the computer or the computer is changing the order I don’t know what the problem is but they just can’t get it right The last time I went, I ordered a Santa Fe Burger substitute the patty for a black bean patty and I got black beans instead of my fries with a medium rare burger and the side salad that I ordered. Not sure why they asked me what dressing I wanted because I didn’t get that either so good luck.

I have been to chilis all over the continent … this is the worst one I have ever been to. The manager was great he gave us half the meal for free but dirty plates, cold food and then a really bad burger that looked too nasty to eat? Ick … just ick. Also we were there for almost two hours lol just
