Christine was the kindest server I’ve had in so long. Truly showed care and compassion she went above and beyond when she saw I was overheating she wasn’t my server but she stopped at my table and gave me her own personal fan once I was cooled down and I tried to give it back to her she told me to keep it without hesitation. I watched her go to her tables and her energy was truly beautiful to watch.

The food was delicious, hot and served in a timely manner.
Party of 4 - each ordered the 3 for me bargain meals I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked, nor was anyone at my table. It was like eating shoe leather but by the time the waiter came back to check on us we were almost done. We had 2 people ask for chips and salsa, only got 1 bowl. He never asked if I wanted to use my Chili's points or anything about that. We KEPT saying its us and them yet he never asked nor sit the check. We felt like felt like inconveniences. But we had my autistic son who can not handle anyone correcting or complaining. I was on my mobility device and my son had to clear the way for me to sit at the table while the waiter stood there doing z NOTHING. We will not return to this Chili's as it was really not up to what Chili’s experiences have shown us. We went there knowing my daughter really doesn't care for Chili’s and now I understand why.
