I like Chili's. No matter which city I'm in. They all seem to be about the same. I like knowing how much I'm going to spend for what I am getting. Out of all of them this was the first time everything lacked seasoning. I had the 3 meat & 2 side's combo for like $25-30. The Mac & Cheese was really good. But everything else is nothing I would come back for, if this was my 1st experience. The ribs were dry & just tasted like cooked meat. The Brisket quesadillas were okay... But they came with jalapenos which I hate... But wanted to see if I was missing anything had I not gotten it. Nope. Ended up taking them off & the brisket was mid. The fries had some seasoning but looked & tasted pretty basic. The garlic toast is just an after thought they give you to make you feel like you're getting more but it's just hard tasteless toast. The strawberry daiquiri was watered down & strong @ the same time. Not pleasant. My wife enjoyed her meal okay. But she wasn't super thrilled about it. We ended up giving it to the homeless people, so IDK if salt or sweet baby Ray's could've helped it. But they didn't complain & was already getting down with it before we left the area. The chips & salsa were much better here than any other Chili's... It's normally reverse. So IDK if this was just an off nite or this particular place doesn't have the best chef in the kitchen. I'd go back again... But whenever I visit Busch Gardens I'll probably avoid this 1. But the service decent & staff seemed cool. So it could just be me. It wasn't absolutely horrible. & Sometimes it just happens that way. No knock on them & I hate to complain to a manager unless it's unacceptable or a place I frequent. But just an FYI from a 1 time experience @ this location.

Everything was great except for the Burger it was burnt around the edges so I tried to take it off and ended up with a small burger, I won't order that again.

Just left the restaurant. Was seated in a booth in bar area. Was there for about 5-7 minutes. Another party was seated after me still no waiter. Then one appears and goes to the table seated after me. I got up and left. I will never step foot in that chili's again. The guy that sat me apologized but he's not the problem, if someone is seated before someone else comes in, you don't just go to table with the couple and ignore an old man by himself.

GREAT FOOD, PRICES AND THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SERVICE AWESOME...I HAD ONE PROBLEM LAST YEAR AND THAT NEVER GOT CLEARED UP, TOOK MY DAUGHTER AND MY SON IN LAW TOO EAT AND WE WAS TREATED SO NASTY IN CLEARWATER I JUST NEVER THOUGHT TOO REALLY COME BACK TOO CHILI RESTAURANTS BECAUSE OF THE NASTY ATTITUDE WE RECEIVED IN CLEARWATER OK...I LIKE THE FOOD BUT IT IS A BIT PRICEY TOO HAVE SUCH NASTY SERVERS THAT TAKE EVERYTHING FOR A JOKE...I WOULD NOT FREQUENT CHILI RESTAURANTS LIKE I USE TO OK
I would like to give the biggest shoutout to Mara cause she was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! I had such an amazing experience and it was all thanks to her and her bright/welcoming energy!! She was on top of her game, great service all around! I will definitely request her next time!

Food is edible Used to be very good, but now, just ok. They Definitely aren’t using a good Bloody Mary mix. It tastes mostly like spicy ketchup, noticeable compared to other places. Applebees is much better these days.
