Only reason I’m going a 5-star review is because of my waitress Shonda. Here’s the experience I had tonight: I recently dined at this location and had Shonda as my server. She was wonderful, very attentive, focused, and made sure we felt like a priority from the moment we sat down. However, our experience was interrupted when the manager, Kim, approached Shonda in the middle of her greeting to discuss another guest’s issue right in front of us. Not only did it feel unprofessional, but it also made us question whether we wanted to continue dining there.
It’s uncomfortable to sit down and immediately hear about another customer’s problem before even placing an order. Despite the interruption, Shonda handled the situation with professionalism. She kindly let Kim know she would be with her shortly and continued taking care of us without getting distracted or allowing the situation to affect our experience. Overall, Shonda did an excellent job, but the manager’s approach was unacceptable and definitely impacted our first impression.
