I had the worst experience here today which is so disappointing because I come here all of the time on my lunch break with my coworker. She ordered a steak entrée and I ordered a chicken sandwich. Everything was cooked terribly. Her steak was completely burned, but raw in the inside mashed potato’s were water consistency. I asked for no pickles and of course they brought my sandwich with three big pickles but this isn’t even the worst part the breading on my chicken was falling apart and the chicken itself was completely hard. When I ask for the manager, she came up to our table with a very rude attitude did not even apologize once for the inconvenience and it just seemed like she was very bothered and upset about the whole situation. When we were the ones who had our lunch RUINED I think her name is Liz/Elizabeth. She should not be a manager of any establishment with this attitude and I will definitely not be coming here anymore which is very sad to say because I literally work down the street and this was one of our favorite lunch spots she definitely ruin the experience. I will for sure be reaching out to the regional manager/corporate office.

Had a deliciously awesome lunch Christmas Eve with my lady. Restaurant was very clean, and my server Josh was excellent! However the food was the highlight. Everything was hot, seasoned too perfection, and that Smash burger is STILL on my mind. Alex (whom i later found out is the cook) is the man! You can tell/taste he takes pride in his craft....Appreciate you guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sean was extremely attentive and friendly. Easily the best service I have had at this Chillis. Food came out fast and drinks were ice cold. Would recommend coming to see Sean to anyone!

Disliked the food. Was Cold & Not properly cooked. My Son had chicken tenders with a side of Cajun Corn , Mac & Cheese. Mac & Cheese Looked Absolutely Dry , & look like it has been sitting there for hours. Mangers & Servers Are disgustingly rude. I dont recommend this restaurant. This was my Second time here and i will NOT be back. Get better people.

Terrible food! I've always had Alfredo pasta at different locations and it's always good but it was my first time here. The pasta and classic nachos were both the worse! The food just did not taste fresh. Alfred sauce was chunky and thick, I did not eat it. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location nor recommend it.
