I wish I would of taken a picture of the silverware before. Look at the metal connecting to the handle....

Enjoy going to sit at the bar and relax on an occasional Sunday when Liuba is there, she is a great bartender whose lively personality makes everyone feel welcomed. This location is a great example of what it’s like to have servers who enjoy what they do and providing customers with a good time. Can never go wrong with the fajitas here!To the person leaving reviews trying to slander Liuba, it’s pretty pathetic that not only did you leave that review to begin with but edited it to stay relevant, shows more about your classless character, and not that of someone just going to work and enjoying their job.

Liuba is unprofessional.Aside from being obnoxiously loud, cursing and leaving a lot of guests with a bad taste in their mouth… She is very open about going to her car several times, every shift, to smoke weed and refers to it as “going to the office”. And she complains when she can’t go to her car to smoke. She’s gone long enough where orders pile up just so she can get high at work. I’d check your cameras for proof.Not sure how corporate hasn’t noticed.

Chili's brand is suffering bigly at this location ?. We wanted to sit outside on the patio, to enjoy the great weather. The dispassionate hostess told us that "None of the servers wanted to work outside". Excuse me, What? So we promptly left. This store needs serious redress of both staffing and facility upgrades. The entry way and doors were filthy/windows smudged . Overall the visit was huge disappointment.You need to up your game, Chilis, as there are plenty of better dining options in Carrollwood these days. We drove up to Grillsmiths instead and had a spectacular meal outside. Thanks Grillsmiths! ??
My food, and everyone else’s food was great but the service was awful. My waitress ( never got her name ) was so rude. We ordered a drink and got upset that it wasn’t what we ordered and she got an attitude towards us saying that she was “saving us money and next time she won’t” and when we went to pay, it not what we ordered or what she said she rang in but she didn’t even check up on us regularly so we could t get that changed. On the tablet it said table number 32 and ELC. And we were a party of 8 with three kids. Do what you will with that information.

Don't bother with going to the Carrollwood location.I walked in and not a single employee greeted me. Then I took a seat at the bar. I was there for 8 minutes (yes, I timed it), and there wasn't a bartender behind the bar the entire time. Several servers and it her employees walked by me, but again no on spoke to me.In all, I was in their restaurant for 11 minutes and my presence was never even acknowledged.If I could rate them zero stars, I wpuld.
