6:45pm Feb 9th My family of seven had a terrible experience. We were improperly seated at a small table in a high-traffic area, and our waiter, Kevin, was rude—bumping into us, snapping at questions, and even cursing at us from the back (yes, we can see and hear you). We paid for our appetizer and left after no longer than 15 minutes of being re-sat. We would’ve preferred waiting for a proper table over dealing with such unprofessionalism.

I came in today was told 5 min wait because I had my 6 month old baby in a stroller and my 5 yr old so I waited… then lady comes from back telling them to wait on seating because they can’t keep up?! I’ve been here now 40 mins and still have not been seated. I used to love chilis until I came to this one. Now I’m seated and the table is gross. I will never come back !!

Today I was eating at Chilis and I loved the experience: the delicious food 👏 applause to the Chef and even more impressed with the waitress Alex, that's what I think her name is. She is an exceptional girl For me she has been the best waitress I have ever met. I'm Jose

I'm a big fan of this chili restaurant! The $10.99 deal meal is a steal - the taco was flavorful and plentiful. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Friendly, attentive, and prompt. I'll definitely be back!

Food was not the issue, it was good. One order was requested with no salt and explained it was for health reasons, so ofcourseit had salt on it. One order was not made at all, and the person had to watch others eat while it was located. The waiter disappeared as soon as we explained what was wrong, and the manager had to take over. It's not a good learning practice to allow the staff to hide during times like that. They will never learn

At first we went to Applebee’s got no service while others did so we decided to leave go six minutes up the road to Chili’s and immediately got acknowledged right as we walked in the door immediately got seated that service everything happened as quickly as you would expect it to with amazing service And food so I wanted to make sure I left a good review because you guys treated as good
