Celebrate my brother's birthday here! The waitress was very pleasant and calm. I can confidently tell that this is the greatest chili available. My parents live in Plant City, and when I visit town, this is the chili we go to! I've been coming to Chili's for years, and I can't say enough good things about it; it's always a good time, and the staff is wonderful.Vegetarian options: There is plenty of options!Dietary restrictions: So many plates to choose from. Salad, deserts and even drinks.Parking: There’s a lot of parking, never have a problem.Kid-friendliness: I love seeing the kids laugh and smile here. Always so happy coming here.
I came to this Chili's location about two weeks ago. I always enjoy coming here because of the friendly staff and the even better food. The waitress I had was very nice and attentive, she made sure I was being taken care of with everything. The food arrived less than ten minutes upon ordering which I greatly appreciated. I had the sampler and mango tea which were both pretty amazing. Overall, it was five stars all across the board because of the hospitality and quality of food that was provided!

Hadn’t been to a Chili’s in forever. My husband and I walked in an hour and a half before closing and the hostess was welcoming, our server Nick was exceptional, and our drinks & food was delicious! Thank you for a great evening.

I placed an online order and it was given to another person, when I walked in I was greeted by the young lady at the take out section which was super helpful and super nice (sorry I didn't catch your name) then Bryan came out to help me and explained what had happened and was extremely helpful super nice. thank you for the awesome customer service you provided and this is the main reason this is my favorite Chili's location ?️
I had the crispy chicken sandwich. I guess the only complaint I had was the sauce they put on was gooped all over and running out on all sides and messey. It tasted good but was all over my hands .

Music is too loud, I can barely hear the server telling the menu suggestions. Also, the point of sale machine at our table failed twice to complete the transaction, and my bank card was charged twice. Great server, and the food was great and on time.
