The ice cream is phenomenal. Prices are a bit steep $16 for 2 cones with one scoop per cone. Young punks with no manners scoop the cones and basically throw it at you. They act like you just ruined their lives for walking in and then expect 25% tip.

This was by far the best, most incredible ice cream I’ve ever had! I don’t live in the area and was just visiting, but now, every time I vacation nearby, this will be the first place I go.
The ice cream was smooth, sweet, and honestly an awakening for my taste buds! There were so many flavor options—and I truly believe not a single one could possibly be bad.
Another bonus: the sample sizes were generous and definitely not a rip-off!
I absolutely adore this place and genuinely wish they would open a location near me!

Honestly, it’s probably some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had—perfectly crafted and full of authentic, house‑made ingredients.

We were searching for ice cream and found this spot doing a google search. This is my first time at a Chill Bros Scoop Shop. They have a good variety of homemade ice cream. I tried the pistachio and loved it. I would return if nearby. Service was friendly and everyone in our group was satisfied.
Some of the best ice cream in Tampa. Horrendous parking situation though.

We were just here waiting for 15min in line. And when it was finally our turn, not one of the servers turned to us to take our oder. Two where still taking care of people in front of us and two others proceeded to take orders from people behind us. I even said that we were ready and one girl was extremely rude to say to us “everyone is ready”. I indicated that they had skipped us and she turned away screaming. I have never experienced such rudeness. This will be the last time I will get anything from there.

Really cute nostalgic ice cream shop with delicious homemade ice cream. So many options to choose from including vegan options. We enjoyed the Sicilian pistachio, hazelnut crunch, and the cookie sandwich with peanut butter ice cream. The small scoops are plenty of ice cream for $6.50. The staff was super friendly, especially the young man that helped us and the shop is really really clean (which was so refreshing)! They also have a cooler with a large selection of ice cream to go.
