I got 4 pints of there Macadamia Ice cream to go. This is so good. Reminds me of the Berns Steak house dessert room Macadamia ice cream. They have a lot of delicious flavors. This one is a Banger For me . Will be back. Try it ,you will love it.

I love Chill Bros and especially this location. The Bay to Bay location is nice and roomy, they also offer so many flavors. The service has always been great. We come here once a month to try their monthly flavors, my favorite of theirs is the ‘Peanut Butter Cup’ or ‘Double Down Oreo’ so so good. We can never get enough Chill Bros! My favorite food is ice cream, specifically Chill Bros ice cream.

Let's put our thumb ? on it: ???? 4/5 We tried some of the very surprising flavors. Ambitious and yummy. We settled on Guava Pastelito. It was AMAZING. I could not get enough. I ordered 2 scopes and a cone and he ordered 1 scope and a cone and it came up to $22 before tipping. While it was good, it is just too expensive for ice cream.
Customer service was very dry. There was 4 teenagers working and none of them were friendly. When we think of ice creams shops we have visited, most are very friendly... Come on.. It's ice cream! It may puts you in a good mood.
So between the customer service and pricing.. Likely won't return.
Great service! There was a small line, but it moves! This location is very efficient. Everything is made in house. I love how you can taste different flavors before choosing what you want. They also have 1/2 scoops! The seasonal key lime pie was good! The Brown-Butter Praline-Pecan.....*faints*.... literally delishhhhhhhh! Just try it. The Double Down Oreo tasted so fresh and creamy, but not too sweet, like cookies and cream. Will definitely come back and explore more flavors! PS: If you like pastelitos, try the guava pastelito flavor, so yum.

Accidentally while driving, came across one of the best novelty ice cream shops in Tampa. The place is so clean & the flavors are out of this world. I picked Banana Tampa which contain chunks of walnuts and Belgian brownie chocolate ice cream. Got two scoops & that filled me up. I do recommend those flavors but next time l will have 4 half scoops instead of 2 full ones to get more flavors. Highly recommend if you are in south Tampa.
Parking: Limited parking but you can park on the side road adjacent to the shop

I wish I could have eaten here, but I did try a sample of the Canoli Ice cream (which was abolutely delicious!!) But when I went in, there was a family with several kids practically screaming at each other. I couldn’t hear a word she said to me and overall it was very distracting so I couldn’t read the menu properly. The acoustics in the building didn’t help with that, so if you decide to go please go when it’s not crowded :-)

Never thought I’d find an ice cream shop with my two favorite flavors but here it is. The Bees Knees and the Guava Pastelito are SO GOOD! Our kids loved it, especially our dairy free kid since there were options that she loved. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The waffle cones are amazing too. Can’t wait to try more flavors
