We placed our carry out order on 5:37 PM on Christmas Eve. The order included egg rolls, spring rolls, steamed pork dumplings, chicken fried rice, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, honey chicken, and beef in garlic sauce. We got there at pickup time (6:07), and we were told they needed 15 mins longer to finish our order. We did not receive order until 6:40 PM, even though it said on the website it would be ready by 6:07 (30 mins after placing order). Granted, we had a big order, but we were left waiting in the restaurant for 33 mins after the pickup time. We started opening the food (while still in the restaurant) to verify our order, when one of the women working at the restaurant came out with a printed sheet showing she checked off everything we ordered as they were putting it into the box. We trusted the order was correct after that. We got home with the food, and realized they forgot 1 of our 2 orange chicken orders, along with white rice. We didn’t get any sauce, either. One of my family members went back to get the orange chicken and white rice. When he walked in, the lady working knew right away what was forgotten and made it right. Everyone said the food was good! We just wish there would have been more transparency about the wait time for the food and that the order accuracy would have been on point.

I’ve given this restaurant a few chances as far as trying their food goes. I don’t know if it’s the time of night that is affecting the quality of China City’s food or is the food just not ever fresh! I say the time of day because I notice if I order after 9 pm we always get old, hard NOT FRESH FOOD! Are they trying to get rid of food that was cooked prior & didn’t sell & it’s close to closing time? It’s definitely refried hard & unacceptable! We won’t order from here no more unfortunately. Please be careful eating here!

I really enjoyed the happy family meal, it was nice that you could use real plates and silverware. It wasn't classy seating, but I can get there on my kick scooter and have a place to sit and eat. The people were really nice. It didn't take long to get the food.

So my wife bought $30 worth of orange chicken meals around 2:30pm today. I immediately questioned why it looked weird. I was on my way to work so I gave it a chance. Food was clearly made with bad oil. Rice was horrible and the chicken was burnt crunchy anyone can tell it was made with bad oil. Before I hit the door I asked her where she got it from, this location she said. Im rushing to work, I got to my porch and immediately threw up outside. Im not trying to talk mess but someone there needs to be look out for who's doing what. I been feeling sick all day from the food.

The pulled pork lunch special was so bad it turned my stomach. The meat was bright red and they only gave you 10 pieces in the lunch portion. I had to throw the whole thing out

Really wanted to give a 0. Service was horrible and the staff especially the young man was very rude and disrespectful. When I received my food, I was given a toddler size of rice and he stated well you wanted your food separate. Advised me if I didn't want my chicken on my rice that I would have to pay an additional fee. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to them. Worst service I've ever received.

We ordered Kung pao Chicken today large Bowl today.In the places before I ate, it will be,chicken tossed in little bit of sauce and lot of vegetables added. But here lot of sauce and lot of peanuts and celery and capsicum but hardly ten small pieces of chicken was there . we hardly tasted chicken today . not worth for the money.very much disappointed.

If you want american chinese take out, then this the place to get it. Its always steaming hot, freshly fried, and tasty. It's the same menu you get at any Chinese take out but they make it how I You i.agine it will taste. Have not been dissapointed once.

I ordered chicken lo mein and upgraded the side of fried rice to include chicken for an extra $2.50. There was maybe 2 oz of chicken in the entire meal. A $15 meal and barely one chicken nugget of meat. I've never experienced an Asian restaurant being this cheap with their meat. I was very disappointed and had to figure out another option for dinner due to the lack of protein.

They have a good recipe on rice it tastes pretty good, but what I didn't like was that they don't put enough shrimp and chicken they only put like four pieces of shrimp.

We had to walk out, actually going to Dine in. Enormously rude, dude at the counter didn't want to look up from his phone, told me 'go ahead'. I guess that meant with my order. I asked him a question about the menu, he said he didn't know, I asked him to please ask the cook, he said 'no'. I was leary to eat there given the low ready, take heed, it's for a very good reason.
